- College is very good for students who wish to do something side by side of college as attendance policies are not very stringent.
- Clubs opportunities available are quite good for building personality and communication skills. Also you get to make the best memories during club activities and the most beautiful friendships

- If you can't do self study, then this college is not for you. Because teachers are not very helpful.
- If you are a shy person, you will always feel sidelined
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as i wanted to prepare for an exam while my graduation so that i could have enough time. One can become a teacher or a professor after the course. I don't feel any improvements needed as student themselves are more interested to bunk classes and then prepare in the exams itself. End semester exams happen twice an year which are not very difficult to pass in.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are less in college and most you have to take a lead and run after to get an opportunity. There are very few available and you won't get much learnings from it. If you want to do internships in college, then this college will not be a good choice.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for the course in three years is 22000-23000 each. Also, in each semester you have to pay examination fees of rs 4000 (twice in a year). There is no scholarship available for any category as such. You just get compensation while filing the admission form if you belong to reserved category
Campus Life :
Youth fest is the biggest event in chandigarh college where more than 10 colleges participate which typically is in October. Other than that there are several small events going on in college. Library of the college is great. You can almost get everything related to the course. No technological provisions are in classroom. Sports and extracurricular is the highlight of the college. Many olympic winners like neeraj chopra, manu bhaker have done their graduation from dav.
Admission :
The college is in the prime location of chandigarh. You can experience the beauty of chandigarh and it is the most porsh area. Sports and club opportunities are ample. Also events take place frequently. Admission process to the college is on merit based. Just fill the admission form and seats are alloted online on base of merit.
Faculty :
Faculty is friendly but they are not much interested in teaching. Faculty to student ratio is 1:80 but that rarely happens because actual class attendance is much less. Mostly faculty are busy is their chitchatting in office or some other work. They rarely teach for the whole period. There are twice end semester final exams in a year and twice mid sems. Exams are quiet easy if your base is clear as there are direct questions only and you can refer to previous years to study.
