- Coding Culture is pretty good when compared to other colleges.
Dislikes
- Numbers of female students is pretty low when compared to male students.
- Academics are little bit on a tougher side .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course taken by me was Electronics and Communication Engineering my main motive for taking this course was the real-life application of the Internet of things in real life and I found that Lnmiit had fulfilled all of my needs and the labs provided by the college contains numerous requirements which you can work upon and make most of you college life.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester and the total no of offers made was 466 there were 100+ companies visiting our campus and the Highest Package offered was 50.46 LPA with an average package of 14.76 LPA and 93.9% of students who registered for placements got placed in companies. Currently, I have been placed in Flipkart as a Software Developer.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So the fees for the whole year are as follows: Enrollment fee: 6000 Tuition Fee: 388000 Student Activity Charges: 3000 Hostel Charges:50000 Electricity Charges: 12000 Internet Charges: 1000 Mess Food Charges: 36000 Fees are the same for all branches and there is no reservation policy Scholarship: Category 1.1:CGPA 9.81 to 10, 35000 waivers per semester. Category 1.2:CGPA 9.51 to 9.8, 30000 waivers per semester. Category 1.3: CGPA 9.25 to 9.5,25000 waivers per semester.
Campus Life :
LNMIIT offers a vibrant campus life with a wide range of clubs and social media activities you may find a club of your interest and may pursue your hobby and sports facilities are also pretty good . we have facilities for cricket, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, squash and table tennis. There are mainly three fests Plinth the tech fest, Desportivois the sports fest and Vivacity the cultural fest.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility is good you get double room accommodation in your first three years then you will be getting single room accommodation in your final year of college. Internet facility is also pretty good you get a speed of 100mbps and unlimited Internet and mess food is good when compared to other colleges.
Admission :
My main motive for choosing LNMIIT over other colleges is that the student intake for a year is pretty low when compared to other colleges. Before I was considering Vellore Institute of Technology as an option but the student's intake for a year is over 10000. The admission process is through your JEE mains score you have to apply for it on the LNMIIT website apart from the regular JOSAA counseling.
Faculty :
Faculties are constructive and have a good amount of experience in many reputed institutions. If you have an interest in the semiconductor domain and are talented then Dr. Harsh Vardhan Sir will guide you and you may also land an internship in Taiwan. So basically the exams in the semester are divided into three parts quizzes,midsem, and end sem, and grading is based on relative grading by taking into account the class average of that course.
