  • Since the college is settled near the international airport, its a bit underdeveloped area compared to other colleges like christ.
  • Taking a pg near the college is a bad idea as there arent any facilities nearby....even to go to a proper hospital you would have to travel atleast 10km.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There isnt much that needs to be fixed in the current curriculum. But if i have to say an area of improvement it would have to be of the placements as other well known colleges do provide slightly better placements for freshers.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides intership but it might not be the best you can get. Also the college places you in companies based in karnataka, so if you wish to take internships at your home town, it would be better to search for the internships on your own.

Placement Experience :

The placements provided by this college isn't the best in the industry but not bad either. Ine can expect anywhere between 6-16 lakhs per annum packages from the college. But searching for your own seems to be better as the highest package received in the college was for 48 lakh per annum by a student who went through the placement procces own his own. When it comes to percentage of student placement about 80% of the students get placed where the other 20% are students who wish to start their own entrepreneurship or pursue higher studies. If gettimg a placement is your goal, you'll definitely get placed from the college. I plan on searching for placement on my own and get into a good company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fees is 9.45 lakhs. In first year you would have to pay 5.33 lakhs and the rest durimg the second year. The college provides scholarship for anyone with over 70% marks in degree. I dont know the exact details of the fee structure but a laptop is included in the fees along with other extra professional certifications.

Campus Life :

Camous life is also really good. The college celebrates every festival from every state in the country and takes pride in it. Where as colleges like kristu jayanti does not celebrate most frstivals but only those frstivals of karnataka. The college also has many clubs including sports and other clubs which will help you increase your networking in the industry and other aspects of life.

Admission :

I chose this college as it is a bit far from the city cause bangalore traffic is so hectic that it drives you crazy. Here i dont have to wait in the traffic and the transportation is easy when compared to other well known colleges in the city. This is the main reason for me to avoid taking admission is colleges where i did get admission like kristu jayanti and chirst college. The admission process was also surprisingly easy, all i had to do was write a main entrance exam and apply directly to the college. I got a call and was sent interview details and after the interview i got admission really fast.

Faculty :

The faculty of this college is extremely well put together. As i mentioned earlier they are strict in class but humble and friendly outside the class and support the students in every way possible. All the faculty are very approachable. For me the best faculty i met here is Mr. Robby Baby sir. The guy is very chill with all the students and is like the ideal teacher guy. I dont particularly hate any teacher as i believe they are all doing their job to their fullest potential. The first full month after admission is orientation and has an exam related to it at the end which is certified by the bangalore university. Then the first sem is of 10 months after which the rest 3 sems are 3 months each. The courses provided are really good and the college also pays for any additional certification courses you may take.

Interview Experience :

There aren't any written test by the college, you just need to write the common admission test and submit the results to the college. After which the college shall call you to give a date for your admissions interview. The interview mainly consists of questions related to business industry and general knowledge. As corporate individual molding college they are very particular about your level of general knowledge and persuades you to be really good at it and expects you to know the happening around the world especially about the industry and the market and its market standings

Other Applied Colleges

Kristu Jayanti College - [KJC] | Master of Business Administration [MBA]

I wanted to escape from the bangalore crowd and traffic.

Remarks:

One of the best colleges in Bengaluru and the campus is the main attraction. It's a green campus. Also, the faculty members are very experienced with an average teaching experience of 20 years. The courses offered in this college are vivid and up to the industry expectations. Also, the syllabus of the courses in our college gets updated every year according to the market trend. Placements are above average with an average package of 7LPA.

Overall best B-school for learning human resource management. There are lots of corporate exposure. Placements are good as compared to other B-School. I will suggest all the people join this institute.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the college. I learned a lot from the curriculum and our faculty members. Both teaching and non-teaching staff were very much supportive. My stay at the college was very much comfortable. Although, I have to look for the job on my own. But overall it was a pretty decent experience.
