A good college with best faculties!

Remarks :

Being a student at the School of IT, IMS Noida, I feel pleasured to attain a studying environment with enrichment of co-curricular activities. Elaborating more about the college, there are faculties who are there to help you out in each and every aspect of your life and train you to achieve better in life. Living in the hostel is a plus point as it is on the campus with the optimum facilities provided.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Education system has been divided into 4 schools School of IT School of journalism School of management School of law To emphasize on every sector better, these are designed accordingly. Every school is laid according to the course and conducts seminars as well.

Placement Experience :

Placements opportunities are provided by the college but it actually depends upon the students if he/she can sustain in the competitive environment in his/her field. Nowadays competition is found in every sector, though it is not easy to be placed. While Internships/placement opportunities are floods via emails/official groups through Whatsaap by the HODs.

College Events :

Though focussing more upon the academics, we have lesser events and fests. The college should conduct events at a more higher level. But that doesn't mean it does not organize any events, there are many events of every genre and you are given many opportunities to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is quite huge according to the regular courses. Since it does not only includes academic fees but also provides clubs of various extracurricular activities that focus on all-round development. The involvement of extracurricular activities with regular courses helps you out to perform better in the future as well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No! I didn't know about any scholarship plan from the college. But I came to know from my batchmates that there are certain eligibility criteria for students opting for scholarships.

Campus Life :

Campus life is all about which company of friends you share. It depends on people how they connect and choose to be friends with. Extracurricular spaces are provided by every clubs, the lab is well-furnished and they are sports competitions in the college. Competitions like School of IT-Expo in which students created many projects of IT and were appreciated by many IT professionals.

Alumni/Alumna :

There are alumni meet conducted every year to stay connected by the passed out students. I think this is a quite helpful initiative to stay connected by the people who studied from the same college and are working in different fields.

Admission :

I took the AIJET exam which was conducted in the month of April,17 in Lucknow. Admission process is quite easy and you don't have any difficulty if you acquire proper documentation. The school of first year starts in the month of August with a proper orientation/induction programme giving you an insight of the whole college and management.

Placement Experience:

Basically the campus placements is depend on the skills and knowledge of the student from 4th and 5th semester the students for eligible for the campus placements but the students from third semester can also get placed in companies if he or she has good skills and knowledge . The highest package offered in this college was rupees 10 lakh per annum and the average package is 450000 per annum . It also depends on the company to company. Above 50% students are placed in their dream companies in this college . My plan after getting this degree is to do MCA from NIT Trichy college by clearing the NIMCET exam. Because BCA is not that enough if we want to make our career in Big multinational companies, MCA is required.

Placement Experience:

Mostly, from the 5th semester, students start becoming eligible for campus placements. Amazing companies like HCL, Amazon, Infosys will visit the campus every year and hire the students who really performs well. The package offers keep changing depending on the position you are hired for. Mostly, freshers get a pay of 20,000 per month. Almost 50% of students will get placement. I literally want to do my masters and then get hired by a company.
