- The faculties are very supportive. You can ask your problems to them freely . All they want is that the student should respect them and be in discipline
- They are very strict regarding discipline and 75 % attendance is a must here otherwise you are not able to give your exams.
Dislikes
- Their mess food. Someday it is good someday it is bad.
- They have a very hectic schedule of classes.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since it's my first year there are majorly subject like maths, physics , digital electronics along with that I am learning c language with that we also have a personality development subject called communication skills for engineers with that we also have EVs and aiml classes. I think that the course is quite interesting and also the faculties are good.
Internships Opportunities :
The companies which are affiliated are Microsoft, TCS and many more . They also give internship opportunities to the students. Since I am still exploring the college I don't know much about the internships.
Placement Experience :
Most probably after or during 3 Rd year student are eligible for internship and not only that I have also met few students that started their internship after 1st year only which is impressive. The average package for cse course is 7-8 lakhs per annum. The highest package is of 14-15 lakhs .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am paying fees of rupees 1,84,000 per year for my desired course. The registration fee is 30,000. There is no reservation seats you get the seat either by cute score or by giving their admission test. I got it through their admission test. They provide scholarship. They provide girl childe scholarship which is 10% per year. They also provide scholarship according to your 12th percentage and also through your cuet score.
Campus Life :
They celebrate almost all festivals from janmashtami to Ganesh chaturthi to navratri etc they also have various clubs including music, dance , photography,event , theatre,sports club and much more. There are almost every sport available. They also conduct various tech competitions. They have an annual fest called Mossaic which is held during November.
Hostel Facilities :
I got triple seater AC room for 158000 . They give 3 besd which are good along with that 3 almirahs , 3 study table and chairs. We also got seperate washroom and bathroom. The condition of room is decent. We have the roo cleaned every 2 day in a week or you can also call them according to your convenience. Wifi is also there. We also have laundry . Along with that the hostel warden is also nice and listen to our problems and work on them immediately. Although, the mess food is not very good.
Admission :
To be honest I didn't apply for much colleges I only applied for roorkee college of engineering. I dropped that college because of my personal reasons. I liked this college because it is quite underrated and it also comes under defense which is quite impressive for me . I also liked their curriculum. I applied in this after searching about the same. And the counselors are very humble and polite and helpful.The eligibility criteria is either you have to give their admission test of 50 marks and must attain 35 marks at least. Then only you are eligible.
Faculty :
The faculties are easily available and you can approach them. Since I am currently studying here there is still to find my favourite faculties. There are mid term and end term exams. Their grading system is quite unusually. They gave you credit points on the basis of attending your lectures, tutorials , practical and labs. You should acquire a decent amount of credit points to be eligible for giving your exams.
