Admission :

The other collegs I applied are Christ university, St jospehs, Alliance university and I got admissions from every college excepts Christ university Bangalore but I got into Pune campus and I choosed VIT becauce I am going to settle in Tamil Nadu so learning from VIT will give you a unique experience. I got rejected from Christ because I didnt perform my Personal Interview very well. The admission process from ny college is you have to write the CLAT or LSAT exam and you have ti get shortlist from it and you have to attend a group discusion and you have to shortlist from there and you can get an admisssion from VIT Chennia

VIT typically maintains a a reasonable faculty to student ratio with 1 faculty member for every 40 to 50 students, the relationship between students and faculty are positive. VIT follows a Choice based Credit system, there will be two mid semester exam that is CAT 1 and CAT 2 which each carries 10 marks and and other than that there will be 4 internals which also carries eavh 10 and for FAT 40 marks totally 100.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very mediocre. Few companies like Zoho, Agarwal, Etc visit for campus interviews but they offer less package. As for my knowledge maybe 2-5% get placed. I plan to practice as an advoca after graduating.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not great but it is improving. Students can apply during final semester. Companies like Surana and Surana, Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, PNB housing, etc have visited and offered placements. Highest package was around 6,00,000 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed is unknown but it is very less. I plan to venture into corporate law after getting the degree. I rely on college placement to some extent.

Admission:

I got 70% in my boards, the minimum percentage to score is 60% only. Selections, once you apply and pay the application fee, is based on how you perform in the group discussion and interview, you are ranked accordingly. The student should also be medically fit to get admitted here.

Placement Experience:

Our placement and training department trains us well with the preliminary processes of the interview. Some of the companies that come here for recruitment are HDFC, Cobra legal solutions, with the average salary being 2,60,000.

Remarks:

Have always been passionate to pursue law, and this is College is the oldest Private Law College in Chennai thereby giving it an edge over other private Institutions. By the virtue of being in Chennai, the proximity of this college was a driving factor to choose this Institute.

Admission to the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University begins in June every year. Selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualification examination. The examination results are declared and merit list in generated.

Placement Experience:

The students need to improvise by themselves. The placements are only available for private college for some other course i.e. computer related course but there is almost no placements for the law course.

One can attend as much interview possible but have to confine with in three call letters. So that other students won't be affected they provide package like 3-4 lakh per annum.
