- I like the college infrastructure its one of the best engineering colleges of western Maharashtra. Also the location in which college is situated is right in the city every mode of transport is near to college in 2-3kms radius so not to worry anythin
- Also the staff is super supportive in the college be it academic staff or non academic staff both are very supportive. Also the students are also very supportive here. Security wise also the college has good security also guards to guard at the get.
Dislikes
- The college is situated in a very good city in very good area having really good infrastructure having this much of things and stuff still it have some drawbacks that the college need to be make available soon.
- The college have good reputation and all things but they lack in one thing that having this reputation and architecture they don't provide hostel facilities for students this is a major drawback for students coming from very long to learn here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is known as the heart of the ‘educational institution’. It is important to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum so as to ensure that the education imparted is helpful for the students. Here are a few ways which can help in evaluating the curriculum: An internal review by the teachers - The teachers can review and revise the curriculum based on their expertise and knowledge. An external review - An external review can be conducted so as to understand the effectiveness of the curriculum. Observation of academic results - An overview and comparison of the results can also help in understanding better the current curriculum and the previous one. Student’s views - Since students are the ones who shall be studying from that curriculum thus probably we can ask for the student’s views on the curriculum development. Here this is rightly followed.
Internships Opportunities :
So I am in the first year. I really don't know about this. As a first year student I only know about that how many companies visited how many students were places packages they got and stuff like that. I dont the the projects and stipends under the internship.
Placement Experience :
For 4th year students become eligible for placements in this college. Right now placements are going so I will take last year data that 2022-23 total 174 companies visited and made 663 job pffers. 2022-23 highest package 64lakhs and lowest around 5lakh. Percentage of students getting placed is nearly about 70-80%. My future plans after getting degree are just simple That get a good placement in a reputed company secure the job and make improvements and get higher positions simple.
Fees and Financial Aid :
Open fees will be ?1,27,000 per year EBC/EWS/OBC will be ?73,442 per year SBC/VJ/DT/NT will be ?19,519 per year SC/ST will be ?3,445 per year TFWS will be ?19,519 per year J&K/GOI will be ?27,345 per year. These are the all categories fees in the college also othe all charges like lab fees, development fees, registration fees everything in included in this.
Campus Life :
There are events like Sports day Annual day Annual gathering Traditional day Party nights Ganesh utsav Holi And many other cultural events like that and also many other events happen in this college so In sports and fitness side Sports events are also organised Also colleges vs colleges happens. Academic related events also happen.
Admission :
About which college I have applied and courses I have applied, This college was not like I was not thinking to get I already had thought about getting this college so this college was in my preferences so I was knowing already that I am getting admission in this college. I chose this college over others because I knew many students passed out from this college and many students right now studying in this college and many in this field they suggested me this college so I chose this college over other colleges. I got rejection from some govt colleges that I filled first in preference list because I was having slightly less percentile that government colleges cutoff so thats why I couldn't make it there.
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio is very good in this college you will find student to faculty ratio is good than many other colleges in the state and city so not to worry about. So thinking of good and bad faculties I don't there are bad faculties in the college I still haven't found any of the either all are good at their work and focused to do their own work and teach us and guide us. In this college there are semester wise exams in the college. As you know this college is an autonomous college they have their own University and their own exam bodies so all the things are quite happened on fixed time. Unlike many universities they fail to follow timetable like to announce results and other things. Here all things will happen on time.
