My life at Himalayan Institute of technology made me stronger and took me a step ahead for being an independent woman.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is divided into two semesters every years. In every semester we have two sessional examination internals examination and faculties also give assignment that helps us to perform in external.Every semester go for industrial visties and curriculum provides internship program also where we get practical exposure about industries.

Placement Experience :

The placement provided in Himalayan Institute of technology is very good as best companies come here for campus recruitment.

College Events :

In Himalayan Institute of technology, many events are celebrated such as freshers in college, then teacher day is also celebrated after that sports week is also organized for the talented students of Himalaya Institute of technology and the annual day.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure of Himalaya Institute of technology is very affordable. Yearly fees are forty thousand Three year fees would be one lakh twenty thousand only. As there are installment facilities also available here for those students who are financially week.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I never opted for an educational loan as the fees structure in Himalayan Institute of technology is very affordable.

Campus Life :

When it comes to the culture of the college, diversity, gender ratio. I think Himalayan Institute of technology treats every single student equally which helps the students to maintain a good relationship with inter-department. Many more competitions and debate are also organized here.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni have helped me to get into college. The seniors are also helpful and friendly nature as the always help the new students to get settled in the college.

Admission :

I got to know about Himalayan Institute of technology through my friend and maternal aunt. This is a very good college form study point of view.it is a wonderful college where you can reach your goals with supportive management and academic Staff .faculties are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Faculty :

Faculty is good and helpful to as. They support students in their field. faculty members are good in a knowledgeable. Each faculty provides notes which are helpful in the exams of college as well as for the future. College provides very high and experience facilities.

The students become eligible for placements from 3rd year. They provide on campus placements exams if you'll be able to crack them you'll get the placement. The highest package of last year was around 17lakhs. 50% students get placements from the college itself . But if you want to get off campus placements you can definately. My plans after getting degree are grab a placement in a reputed company. And becoming an independent woman

Remarks:

For every subject there is a separate faculty and they also provide a language lecture or I can say a separate faculty who will teach you a lesson and There are many events which are celebrated by college like freshers party farewell cultural events management events

Life @ UPES

Admission:

I got into the college through the process of GD and PI. There was a counselling session of students with their parents before the interview process to make us understand and clear our doubts regarding the course. We were also given detailed information about the options and courses at UPES so that we can choose the course of our interest.

Placement Experience:

The college provides us with internships but we also have an option to get the internships our ownselves. If a student is unable to get an internship then it is the responsibility of the college to get him an internship.

Admission:

Uttaranchal university has a big name in my hometown. I have to give entrance exam, them after the exam merit list comes which leads to happen the interview process for being selected in the college.

Placement Experience:

Well there are placement opportunities and the facility of internship is available but I choose to study further so I didn't take that opportunity. But many did take that opportunity as well. As I go for further education so miss that opportunity.
