Course Curriculum Overview :
For physics students here is a good interface for education. The teachers are nice. also here is a lab for practicing practical work. Lab attendants are also available here to help students. But some equipment in the lab is too old to work correctly.
Placement Experience :
In 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Accenture, sentientGeeks around 4 to 5 candidates. 277000/- LPA approx. 60% in graduation, 60% of HS students getting placements. Any StartUp company joins in .NET, Fullstack.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In 2024 at Midnapore College a Student who wants to get admitted to a BCA course must pay 10,600/- rs for the first semester and a total of 80,000/- rs in 4 years: This amount is fixed for 2024 by the college authority. Caution fees, Registration fees, Admission fees, Development fees, Lab Fees, and other compulsory charges during the course are included with the amount mentioned above. All eligible students get scholarships and the college will approve and forward the scholarship.
Campus Life :
Midnapore College celebrates all annual festivals. The college organizes Annual sports and cultural competitions every year. Each year college publishes a magazine. Many precious lectures by popular persons from other universities are held in the conference hall. Also college library contains a lot of collection of books and journals.
Admission :
The college admission process will be conducted through an online method. offline admission is not allowed. No admission test for UG admission. A student first fills out the application form with proper information. Then merit list will be published and the selected students get a link to pay admission fees. After payment, the student was successfully admitted.
Faculty :
Teachers to student ratio for some departments is very low which means more teachers are needed for some departments. But the teachers provide quality education. The teachers communicate with each student carefully.
