- Experienced faculty and their way of teaching and the way the faculty interacts with the students and clearing the doubts and making the topic clear
- Convenient working hours that is from 8 am in the morning to 4 pm in the evening
Dislikes
- Each and every instrument we have to buy on our own the management doesn't provide any instruments which are very costly
- Infrastructure of the college it is 25 years old building the college building should be modernized according to generation
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is 4 years of undergraduate course and 1 year internship a total of 5 years to complete the degree BDS In these 4 years we will learn about a lot of things and know about lot of things Every year we will be having 3 departments to study and pass but in final year only we will be having 8 departments at a time which will be hectic to study and pass the exam We will be having internal exams will be conducted once in every 2 months in the morning hours and the difficulty of the paper will be same as the University paper
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities will be provided by our college itself Because this is a medical college along with the internship in the college we can go out and work in the private clinics also to learn There will be a total of 8 departments in dentistry we will be doing our internship in each department for 1-1.5 month with a stipend of 2000/-
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee in our college is 45000/-+6250 towards stipend fees for A category students and 420000/-+6250/- for B category students Apart from tution fee management also charges fee for dental instruments for library for record books for registration fee and for certificatea in the first year itself which will cost around 45000/- which is same for everyone The eligible students can get scholarship from the government of Telangana like they get 45000 towards tution fee along with that they get mess fee and hostel fee also from government one thing is they have to apply for scholarship The details of the scholarship will be explained by management itself A category students will most probably get the scholarship
Campus Life :
The overall college life is not too bad The college festivals will be conducted once / twice a year The college will be conducting ecstasy and annual day and interns week and active participation is mandatory The college also looks into the college cocuricular activities along with studies also Each and every book is available in the central library and all the books related to dentistry will be present in separate cabins Each class will be provided with a projector and 4 ACs Sports will be conducted by college and students can play the games in the morning and evening times and also on Sundays
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are bad in our college Very old hostels with no attached bathroom no cupboards per room only 2 people can stay for that management is charging 75000 which is more and more costly The food provided in the mess is not too good and also not too bad sometimes it will be tasty and sometimes we cannot eat the food also Unlimited food but the quality matters and for that food they are charging 55000/- which is overrated
Admission :
For entering into bds the student has to write neet exam which will be conducted by NTA and should pass the exam also The admission process is completely online which is done by Government of Telangana knruhs university One can view about the admission process in knruhs website The neet exam is conducted once yearly in the month of May and the exam is not too difficult to write if u prepare well
Faculty :
The faculty in our college are experienced and they are running their own clinics outside Most of the faculty have the experience of more than 15 years In our college for every 20 students one faculty will be there Every 20 students will be divided into one batch and a faculty is alloted to that batch which will make the interaction easy and the students can clear all their doubts Friendly professors During lab hours along with the lab work there will be doubt clearing sessions
