Course Curriculum Overview :

CSE is very hyped up these days which made me take it. The courses under CSE are pretty good and comprehensive. They prepare us for real world application only that courses are not taught in great depth. They are just touched for the sake of introduction for students. The frequency of exams is good, students wont study if the frequency is reduced.

Class Size : 170Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience :

From 7th semester students are eligible for placement interviews. As of what i know around only 5 companies came for on campus recruitments. Other students had to apply off campus. Highest packed offered in 2023 was of 10 lacs and average around 5 lacs. I plans after getting the degree swing between sitting for placements or applying for masters.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Their are scholarships avaliable but to again everyone except the general middle class ones.(which is not fair ) The complete cost is 1.25 lakhs (approx) per year for cse students enrolled in 2022. Scholarships available are through government. Campus employments areny much or very good in number and quality respectively. The average package is however quiet low.

Campus Life :

There are a lot of clubs active and they keep conducting a lot of events yearly. There is no annual fest. Library isnt so diversified. Some classrooms are air conditioned while others are not. There is availability of all kinds of sports (cricket, football, basketball, volleyball). Student run clubs and communities and chapters which shape soft skills in students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel for first year for girls is worth the fees. Spacious rooms with western toilet seats. However it isnt that good for second year and so on for girls. I rent a 2bhk flat with 2 others worth 12k per month, 700 meters from the college.

Hostel Fee : INR 90000 per year

Admission :

I was enrolled in CSE in 2022 with 82k rank in JEE MAINS and a percentile of 90.8. The application form, fees, dates are all available on the MPDTE website which is a government authorised site. For verification after you select the seat alloted, you are called to the city where the college is located (gwalior here). Physical verification of documents should not be done, instead it should be done online or after starting the classes when all counsellings are completed

Faculty :

The approachability is good there, teachers are available almost any time they help too. But they are not thag qualified. They have done their masters or phd from a not so good college that generally students aspire to study in.

LNCT College you should apply or not

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
