Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is diverse and gives us an idea about lot of real world applications and experience. But as of covering lot of concepts nothing is taught in-depth. So we personally need to invest our time in learning it fully. Curriculum has most of the needed stuff and it has practicals for all necessary subjects. We have 2 mids and a semester exam in one semester. So practically for every 1.5 month we have a mid. And during semester exams we have internals externals and end exams, which is a little difficult to manage.
Internships Opportunities :
There will be few opportunities for internships. They usually shared links to apply in various companies. Industrial trainings are conducted frequently but chaged highly which is like 10000. We have been given training on 3 different streams, we can choose one which is AWS Java and aiml courses. And recently they're not conducting campus training programs instead allowing virtual internships.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements starts from 4-1 semester and goes till end of 4-2 semester. We will be provided with placement training (CRT) in the campus itself by some amount of fee. Usually more than 3-4 hundred people will be placed every year. Companies like amazon oracle Goole won't visit our college. Wipro Accenture TCS tech Mahindra are some of the usual recruiters. More than 15-20% students gets placed from cse and related branches and too low from other branches.
Fees and Financial Aid :
For us it's 70000 until this year. From now on it is going to be 105000. We need to pay 10000 at the day of admission and then every year 70000 college fee. We have 3000 exam fee for every year, which is 4 times during the course. We also need to pay 8-10k for the placement preparation and it varies every year.
Campus Life :
Lot of fests are conducted but nothing feels like a fest. It's usually some cultural activities and stalls etc. quite boring in terms of conducting fests. More than 10000 books are available in the library and varies in wide concepts and subjects. A lot of clubs are there but everything is related to either fests or education. Recently film club is started. Sports or not a regular activities. Once in a year maybe they'll conduct sports competitions. And not much preference is given to sports.
Admission :
Admission is mostly done through eamcet entrance exam. To get into cse and related branches we need to get around 10000 rank and for electrical branches 20000-30000 is fine. And for civil and mechanical branches it doesn't need to have much rank. You'll get into it as long as u qualified the exam.
Faculty :
Faculty has a lot of experience but sometimes they lack it delivering the content clearly. A counselor is assistant for every 10 students for analysing students performance and improvements. There will also a great classroom environment. We have 70 students in a class and it's not that difficult to manage them at all. We have lot of labs for practical learning and idealabs for implementing, and every aspect is encouraged we'll.
