Universities and it's universal truth

Dislikes

  • Absence of quality in resources like lab equipments.
  • Less number of knowledgeable and suitable staffs are there

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is not well supported.. especially in any kind of special event students are not approached to take any decision. College will always follow the one set of defined rules.. Adaptive skill is very low

Placement Experience :

Placement percentage in this year is less compared to previous year due to recession. Just 10 -15 IT companies drives are conducted on campus other than that more than 30 business companies arrived for all departments. Core companies are few to come . Placement percentage as they mentioned for this year is 82%. I got placed in a private company with an average salary

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For counseling students the fee is 35-50 thousand. For management quota it will be 1.5 lakhs and coming to scholarship they'll help to get BC MBC scholarship which is worth of 5k and finally Lakshmi charities that is worth of 15000...All these are not from college, but college will help us to get these scholarships

Campus Life :

No clubs , no proper sports day, no tour , not a proper iv, no good hostel foods, less quality canteen foods, management of politics, less teaching quality ,no place for exploring, students can join the college only if they want placements.. Because placement training and campus recruitment is the only satisfying thing in this clg

Admission :

There was no entrance exam.Application and registration for the course depends on the 12th cut off marks , more than that they'll ask us to submit all our personal identity proofs and community and income certificates. They'll return it after 2 years i.e, during 2nd year final semester

Faculty :

Faculty members are not matched with students point of view. They just stick only to their point and won't concern the students perspective. Only IT department staffs will give some freedom to have their time..That's why that particular department have higher academic pass percentage comparing with other departments

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
