Remarks :
The college has some cool cultural programs. Each department functions are conducted every year. Pranaya, the college cultural also is held every year. So overall I go good experience at my college.
Entrance Preview :
We didn't get an internship. Many IT, Finance, Sale and Marketing companies came for campus interview. Some of the students got placed with INR 12000 per annum salary. They are conducting Alumni network well. Different hostels for Diploma and Other Engineering students are there. Hostel fees are higher compared to other college hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Many students societies and clubs are there in karpagam. Mechtrods and other festivals conducted by the different department are very good. Prenaya is the best one when we speak about college fest. In general, life is nice in this college. And we can find new friends there.
Internships Opportunities :
Our class timing is from morning 9 a.m to evening at 4.30 p.m. Three sessional exams are conducted per year and one model exam is conducted before the university exam. Assignments are given often and they are evaluated to add marks to internal. The project is given in a final year. On scale 10, 7 can be given for quality of teaching. Both board and presentation teachings are there. Sometimes pharmacognosy classes are held in the garden for easy understanding. The overall experience in college is good. I don't regret choosing this college.
Placement Experience :
I don't know about the other departments, but as of Computer science and engineering, the placement is good. If you're talented and show some hard work, you'll get an internship right away with the help of the staffs. The core companies visiting the campus are Zoho, HCL, Oracle, Infosys.
College Events :
There are lots of club for students and provide training for students. In our college celebrate inter college meet and Pranaya function is conducted for two to three days. Lots of cultural activities are conducted. Every student have to enjoy their studies and cultural activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
In Karpagam fees are reasonable price only. Even they also provide a scholarship for students. They also provide loan for fees to any bank. The lowest price for every course. The tuition fee per year is around INR 80k. The scholarship is considered for national level sports players. Hostel fee is around INR 60k which is way too much, as it has poor facilities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee per year is INR 60000 which is normal. Scholarships are given in large number to the students. Scholarships preferences are based on sports, academic, extra co-curriculum activities. Loans are normally unwanted. If needed they are providing in all banks as you prefer.
Campus Life :
Daily class hour 9.30 to 3.45 project will conduct final year final semi. Best Many of Ph.D. lectures is there. very nice campus and the city. Lot of there PARA NADA, KOLAM, etc. Sports day, Pongal celebration, PARA NADA, KOLAM, Farewell day, Onam celebrations. I don't have words to explain very good.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, there will be 6 hostels for boys and 3 hostels for girls there will be a separate building. Purely veg food provided. WiFi is available with high-speed internet connection. The hostel fee per month is INR 6K. The PG's are treated well. Food is fair enough to eat. The cost is also reasonable. The classrooms, labs, and libraries are neat and fully furnished.
Alumni/Alumna :
No, I should not have done 2. Placement is very good in this campus separate department running for only placement 3.Average salary 2lk highest up to 5lk 4.Alumni is also very good.
Exam Structure :
4 years, 8 semester, 64 papers, and six months once we will have an examination. The exam structure depends on each and every department. We have to prepare for exams and we need to get good scores in that exams otherwise we will get the error in that particular subject.
Admission :
The candidates should have passed 10+2 standard or 3 year's Diploma degree or equivalent from a recognized Board. The candidates should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate from a Pharmacy Council of India recognized Institution. Every candidate should have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission. Selection of the candidate will be done directly on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination.
Faculty :
The university accommodates a strength of 6000 students and over 750 teaching & non-teaching staff. The Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (KAHE) is setting new standards in the educational world. Sometimes my faculty will guide me in the correct way.
