Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking, it was my personal aspiration and eagerness to know more about the human body and to help and treat people with their illnesses that motivated me to choose this course. The curriculum helps us to gain knowledge from the lecture classes and prepares us on how to deal with the patients in clinics. According to me, more lecture classes can be taken to clear the concepts. Frequent FAs and Semester exams are taken by every department for the timely revision of the students.

AIIMS Rishikesh, being a prestigious institution, generally offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers foundational principles as well as specialized areas within the medical field. This includes theoretical knowledge, practical training, and clinical exposure. Even in 1st year we are exposed to clinical connections in what we are studying which makes it easy to integrate forwards but also increases the load a little bit There are exams happening monthly with 2 end Sem exams, apart from the mains, aswell as vivas weekly, which makes u keep up with the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are 50 percent MCQS AND 50 percent subjective preparing us for INICET/NEET PG and USMLE at the same time. What else do you want from a med school? Also, we have 2 hours of practical classes and 3 hours of clinical posting which prepares us to face practical problems and provide immense exposure. Minor tests are held every week. Major exams are held six monthly.
