Course Curriculum Overview :

Through this course, you get proper knowledge about biology, chemistry and zoology. After this course you can go for b. Ed for government teacher job or t you can prepare for NET for professor in university.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure is affordable for even poor background students. Fee is just 10,000 for whole year. For second year it is 9500 and for third year it is 9000. So middle class students can get well study in affordable price

Campus Life :

My campus life was too good. My main focus was on government job. It did helped me with that. This campus gave me proper environment for my study habit. Here in Library you can take books like finctional, stories beside course books

Admission :

Admission is based on marks you obtain in your 10+ 2 exam. As u know science students get less marks in 10+2 because of its difficult syllabus. Anyone above 70 marks can take admission in this college.

Faculty :

Faculty members are well qualified. They are kind and you can ask any topic fir number of times. Practicals are conducted on the regular bases. Lectures are conducted on proper time. Science department teachers look there students to grow and be successful in life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and the faculty member is helpful and kind. in very rear cases faculty members miss their lectures. I do my BSc at this University. In my department faculty-student ratio is 1/25 .all faculty member is doctorates.

Placement Experience:

From the second semester the students opt for the placements. For this they have to pay extra sum beside the course fees. There visits a no. of companies and accordingly they conducts exam and later interviews.

Remarks:

Actually I didn't want to do drop after my class 12th like all students of my class were doing but my parents were suggesting me to take a drop and appear for the medical exam but I didn't want to be a doctor so as an alternative I look for a college and I found IISER Mohali best for that.

Placement Experience:

The only place where IISER Mohali is lagging behind is in terms of placement as IISER Mohali doesn't offer technical courses so direct placements to companies is not possible the only sector in companies where students can go for is Research and Development Department.

Remarks:

IISER Mohali gives you value of money. It's fees as compared to other colleges like engineering colleges is very low and almost every student also get scholarship from KVPY or through Inspire. Approximate tuition fees of year is about 70,000. The most important thing the future of students is safe here and due to all these I choose IISER Mohali.

Placement Experience:

Getting direct placements from a research institute is not an easy task and IISER Mohali administration also does not support it that's why after a lot of efforts from students community still there is no placement cell in the college.

Remarks:

IISER Mohali is one of the best research institute in India and also it is a national importance college. My main motto was to get admission in such a college where my future can be secure and IISER Mohali is best for future safe.

Placement Experience:

IISER MOHALI is a basic science research institute. It doesn't offer any technical courses so direct placements from campus are not there. Students after their 5 year degree do their PhD from some of the best universities across the world. There is no placement cell in the college.

Remarks:

My cousin is already studying in IISER Pune and my dream was also to get admission in IISER Pune but unfortunately IISER Pune was not offered to me and I get IISER Mohali in floating option. IISER Mohali was my 2nd preference after IISER Pune.

Placement Experience:

There is no such placement cell in the college. Students mainly go for pHd in some of the best universities across the world like MIT, Harvard, Yale, University of Cambridge, Max Planck etc _ Some students also go for industries job_
