Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is also as same as other nits and iits, there are both subject courses and communication course to improve human value and ethics. There are mid sems and end sems, 1:30 hr and 3hr respectively. And many quizes and viva in between of both lab and theory classes.
Internships Opportunities :
Although I'm not 2nd year right now but what I've heard from others is that getting internship opportunities is not hard here. Last year I found that many people from pec electrical and other branches are doing internships in Jp Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Tcs, Ola, etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for each semester is 94000 and there are a lot of reservations also like ews, sc, st, j&k, defence, etc. Most tech companies come here have good employment oppurtunities, they also provide enough assistance for interviews through there communication courses. You can easily get scholarships also no matter if ur ews, sc/st, etc.
Campus Life :
The social life and experience is very good as a fact it's in chandigarh which is open to almost every thing from dance nights to cinemas and being close to places like shimla, manali etc provides best social experience. You have to join clubs also that'll give you some grades(from 2nd year), all the clubs are very active and does fun activies, speeches, etc
Admission :
The admission process is also not very robust, you have to wait till the last phases of registration and then there will be a course registration for everyone in which you'll get some official paper and your number.
Faculty :
The faculty here are qualified and have some work experience too. We can easily contact them and they are also friendly. Each subject for each branch has 2 faculties that teach us after dividing into 2-groups atleast in the 1st year... Each lab has 2-3 faculty also.
