Dislikes

  • There is no transport facility and accomdation for hostelers. There should available hostel and bus facility for the college.
  • There is less area for parking and there is no proper ground facility for outdoor sports.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum at KMIT is well-structured, industry oriented, and prepares students effectively for real-world applications and further academic pursuits. However, regular updates, interdisciplinary integration, emphasis on soft skills, and innovative teaching methods could further enhance the program.

Internships Opportunities :

At our campus , a robust network of internship opportunities is available through patnerships with various reputable companies. Some of the prominent companies offering internships including infosys, tcs, wipro, deloitte, microsoft. Thes internships typically offer roles such as software developer, data scince, dat analyst, with stipends ranging from 15000 to 40000 per month, depending on the company and role.

Placement Experience :

At KMIT the placements are actually good and it start from the 3rd year 2nd sem itself there are lot of top companies which are visit to our college like Salesforce, adobe, amazon etc. There are the highest packages like 60 lpa and average packages are around 9 lpa. 90 per cent of the students have been placed. After getting my degree I wanted to get in top mnc and further improve my skills in different sectors.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

At kmit the fee structure includes tuition fees, library fees and compulsory charges, which collectively form the complete cost of education. The schlorships which we get from the government of central and state. which depends upon category, it gets an discount around 30-70 depends on the details of the students.

Campus Life :

My overall experience with campus life at kmit has been enriching and vibrant, particularly in terms of social aspects, club invlovement, and the provided infrastrucure.Annual cultural and technical festivals, such as "patang ustaav" held in january and dandia in october. Sports and extracurricular activities areabundant, with facilities cricket, basket ball, badminton, and table-tennis, along with yoga and fitness programs.

Admission :

The college undergoes recruitment from the convener and the management sector, we have to take the eamcet exam to get into the college based on different rank cut-offs on the groups and the category-based admission goes on the fees structure should be less for those candidates. The management has to meet the college heads to get admission into the college and discuss the fee structure with the administrators of the college.

Faculty :

At our college the faculty-to-student ratio is generally favorable, which positively impacts the learning experience by allowing for more personalized attention and interaction in the classroom. The faculty members are highly qualified, possessing strong academic credentials and industry experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was quite disappointed with the cirriculum that has been designed. Its not at all tailored to teach you the approaches for solving the real world problems . The cirriculum is atleast 10 years behind. The same old things are taught. Talking about exams, they are conducted for every quarter of a semester.
