  • The faculty behaviour is quite annoying to be honest , everybody has an opinion on the dressing style especially for medicos and nursing students.
  • If you are taking any medical field then sorry you cannot take out time for other clubs and activities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is good and the basics are superb. The exam pattern and dates are given before time . We get enough time to prepare and study . The difficulty level depends on the students preparation of course but it's not that hard and if one is practising the previous years papers then definitely will get a lot of common questions.

Internships Opportunities :

People from various colleges are getting placed in GOMSR hospital, right now nurses from Hyderabad and bengaluru is currently doing internship with a package of 18-20k per month salary here . The workshops are done with great interest and has a lot of knowledgeable source for outcomers and are refreshing. The nurses on duty gets a day off as well per week . Stipend is not yet introduced for nurses and I'm not quite sure about doctors and PG interns but the hospital surely provides recommendation letter by the end of the internship and which is helpful for every new fresher for applying for jobs in different states.

Placement Experience :

Every year different companies and hospitals managements visits and discuss and take personal interviews and exams . The students gets placement on the basis of interviews and knowledge. Last year 60% students from BSC nursing got placement in Delhi Rajeev gandi cancer hospital.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There's a lot of guiding teachers particularly for admission purposes who handles every single student and clears out every doubt and query . Apart from that the fee structure is changing, actually increasing every year so it's quite not possible to tell the exact fee structure but it's between 5-6lacs for 4year bsc nursing course and for MBBS almost a 60lakhs of package excluding hostel fee and mess fee . The mess fees are 5k per month for both MBBS and nursing .

Campus Life :

The campus experience is definitely 10/10 . Infrastructure is best with best clubs with a lot of variety and options . Sports choices are also vast including cricket , football , basketball , volleyball , badminton, table tennis and so on . The campus has it's personal gym space with a large occupancy. The entire campus has a lot of gym areas for working out covering different areas.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms are spacious with double bed occupancy. Two almirahs and a table with two chairs . Common washrooms which are clean and the housekeeping staff are very active everyday. The meal quality is superb with a lot of variety of South Indian food, Menu include chicken thrice a week.

Admission :

There's a basic 45% requirement with science for the freshers in medical field. The reservation system doesn't actually work here. The admission process is not lengthy and will be guided by a teacher at every step of admission. The basic documents are required like aadhar card , 10th and 12th marksheets , transfer certificate and all.

Faculty :

On my personal experience with my medical branch faculties , they are not at all approachable, speaking about the maximum but there's a few of them obviously who are friendly and have knowledge also and are ready to share and interact with you anytime without any personal judgments and taunts.

Campus placements are offered. Placements in many good hospitals can be offered depending upon our mark. Even if we didn't score enough marks we get placed on Gimsr hospital which provides a starting package of 15k and stay in gitam residence with cheap expenses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like to learn about the human species. So, I chose this course. The professors of my college are very talented and they teach very well with practical knowledge to the students. The qualification of our faculties, almost all of them are MBBS, MD. We are very lucky to join in that college. Because I learned from the post-graduated lecturers. They teach very well. They conduct exams frequently and they give practical knowledge too. The study was difficult but it became easy with my professor's lecture.

Placement Experience:

In 4th semester I visited several hospitals such as medic over, Kims and from another state also I got a total of 10 offers. For fresher it was offered 15000 and for higher profile 20000. Whatever the percentage maybe but you have to pass the exam for placements. My plan was to do masters in it.
