- I liked the behaviour of the staff. The first thing that impress me at any place or organisation is their behaviour.
- I also liked the discipline and culture of the college. It was very friendly with proper discipline that feels like it is a place for education only.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the behaviour of a few teachers.
- The canteen of the college was not neat and clean and it should be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always interested toward technology and gadgets. I was a tech geek who spent most of his time in finding new things. I also have written many blogs about the same. Hence, I opted for this course so that I can explore further and use my skills. The teachers are too much supportive but I think there is some improvement required. They should teach about the latest trends and topics. Overall, it was a good experience with them.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I think the fees of the course is reasonable. Among various colleges I have seen in Lucknow, I find Goel Institute much affordable for middle class students. The fee payment structure is also good. Students can pay their fees in parts or multiple times. The total fees of 4 years cost me around 3.5 Lakhs and I have received 50,000 scholarships in 2nd year. So, technically it cost me 3 Lakhs only for 4 years.
Campus Life :
My 4 years in college were too good. The faculty were too friendly with students. I attended a few events organized on campus such as Rythm Divine, freshers party, Dandiya nights, and then farewell party. We enjoyed a lot in these events. The bond with juniors was also good.
Admission :
The admission process was quite challenging for me as I got a very less percentage in class 12th. I got only 53% which was too less, due to some personal issues in the family. Somehow, I convinced them and got the admission by paying a fees of Rs.10,000 only initially. They conducted an entrance exam where they asked basic questions related to the course.
Faculty :
As a student, I felt like the Goel Institute of Technology is too much supportive of the students. We can ask any query to the teachers without any hesitation. They never make you feel like dumb. The teachers also take it as a responsibility to keep an eye on all the students and solve their issues. The teachers are really supportive and they take student's problems as their own. Not only in college, but you can also call/text them whenever you need any help.
