SRM university has a very huge campus, with very good infrastructure , it has a huge library with every department having its own labarotories
The campus has several other activities going on apart from studies, you can enjoy your college life very well, talking about food, you can get the best and cheap food, which is a very notable feature 😂

Class schedules, which keep Changing and you don’t have a fixed time to attend classes, in some people’s cases this is Good, but I didn’t get it much

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum followed, keeps updating according to the board,so the projects and exam are depending on the curriculum. You don't get much of hurdles in facing the exams so chill, moreover try to adjust and gain more internals because that's the deciding factor in your finals

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There isn't any specific internship opportunities available by Srm, but the faculties help you to get into an internship through the contacts or through governmental sites which is very prestigious and improves your quality in CV. The internship guided by Srm has been a very good knowledgeable place to gain and expose yourself to industry and research facilities, generally companies do not provide internship to locally available students, but Srm makes an opportunity to get into internship through their faculties and relationship with the research Facilities.

Placement Experience :

As a third year Biotech student, I can assure you that the placement Srm are generally good, companies like Biocon, Dr. Reddy's and Pfizer recruit, apart placement, students generally offer higher studies, research positions and authorship because Bio technologies is a field of research and service internship and project knowledge are improved by Srm resources and their faculties. It's notable that Srm offers sap program which means abroad study programme. This helps in building connection and improving knowledge at international universities like Harvard university of Cambridge and other universities.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For my courses the fee was 2.5 lakhs,this has been increased this year, depending on the demand the college increase or decrease the fee. You can receive scholarships based on your SRMJEE score and the scholarship continues till you maintain your cgpa of 9 till completion of your course

Campus Life :

My overall experience at Srm regarding campus life has been vibrant and enriching The social aspects are fantastic with many Club activities and diverse human bodies, which foster the construction of very good Community. Srm is Cube width, very advanced lap facilities, and classrooms to provide a very technical knowledgeable academic experience .Additionally, the campus provides many sports complexes,Cafes ,student lounges Which contribute to a well rounded college experience

Admission :

The eligibility criteria aren't that strict, you can still chose biotech with Math/Cs background, you can find the brochure in the official website of SRM university, If you are able to crack the entrance within top 100, you can avail the scholarship,

Faculty :

The faculties are very experienced, every teaching staff has atleast 5 yrs of experience with 10yrs of industrial knowledge, yet their teaching ability might not be at point for some faculty, Overall, the faculty's knowledge in specific subject and their lab work are definitely motivating.

Great College to Lean Good Engineering Knowledge

Placement Experience:

From the Final year last semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. For mechanical there are a lot of core companies that come for placements. Also, even IT Companies take some of our mechanical students. The percentage of the students who get placed is 90% on average. Some of the core companies are LPT(Lakshmi Precision Tools), SAEW, NVH, PDS, S.S.FASTENERS, RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI. The highest salary package offered is 5 lakhs per annum and on average is 3 lakhs per annum.

Dream to achieve big

Placement Experience:

From semester 6, they will provide campus placement offers. It depends on the students. Many companies will be visiting the college every year. Infosys, IBM, tata, reliance, and many more top companies will be visiting. We may get enormous offers from companies. The highest package is 12laks and average package is 2laks. Nearly every single student will be placed, except some slow learners and who are not mentally prepared one's. My plans after my degree are to get a deserved job and should be profitable.
