Flashback of college days

Dislikes

  • Placement cell because as what you opt in your specialization they will only invite marketing companies in college

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opt Finance & HR as specialization in MBA but that time I was so confused, I was sure with the finance but not with HR but my mentors help me to choose a right specialization. The curriculum prepared me a lot for real world applications as I was so introvert but after MBA I started to interact with others start public speaking and also active about my work.

Internships Opportunities :

So for summer internship that time 5 companies came and it was also for marketing so for internship there was a selection process like telephonic interview And I got selected for AIM's India pvt ltd For finance and marketing intern And where I learn about investment policies

Placement Experience :

After the 2nd sem without any backs you will be eligible for campus placements. Only marketing companies comes to college for placements like jaro education, planet spark, info edge, India Mart etc. The highest package was 9 lpa from uproar. 100%placememts from college. I started in 2023 as HR executive in Thakur publication and my plans like to start my own business

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tution fees was that time 65000 p.a. along with that there was examination fees that has been charged by University for exams that you have to paid by your ownself. The complete cost of my course was 77000 p.a. There are so many scholarshipa that is provided by college Like if you are sisters studying in same college so for one full fee concession and also available so many scholarships schemes.

Campus Life :

There are so my events which has been organised by college like swasti for fresher's party, two days festival where so many programs and games activities organised by college 'Engenious' And for farewell Udbhav

Admission :

For MBA there is a need of full time ug course without any backs. You have to directly contact with college as you can also get admission through cuet entrance with councelling As I belong to General category so for me there was no concession.

Faculty :

The faculties of the college is so supportive and my learning experience in college was so good, they try to focus on each students, if I talk about my interaction with the faculties they always helped me a lot, asi was so introvert type person in college, I usually not to speak with others but they push me to speak and because of them currently I'm working as a HR so big thanks to them.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester of the course, students become eligible for final placements. ISAB is maintaining 100% final and summer internship placements since its inception and we are looking forward to maintaining the record. The placement cell is very active and supports students in their campus placement ventures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course of agribusiness because like after BSc in agriculture you can go for MSc in agriculture or MBA in agribusiness. I don't want to prepare for Ph.D. in the government sector so there is a better scope of an MBA in the private sector rather than an MSc in agriculture. Another reason for doing MBA is placement. The placement ratio of MBA students is better than m.sc students and salaries are also good. Another reason is in the private sector and MBA degree holders will get better promotions than average MSc degree holders. On my campus, there are 46 students in MBA agribusiness and 7 to 80% of them will surely get a minimum package of 350000 and a maximum package of 8 lacs. The guest faculty of MBA agribusiness is quite good. There are some teachers who are not as good as others but there is a 100% guarantee of course completion. Semester exams are not quite easy or too difficult if you will focus a little bit on your studies you will easily get pass. Semester exams are delayed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The trimester exam was there and it is pretty difficult to pass and have very good projects to work on plus the faculty is very good for finance. I am fortunate to be here. All the faculty is doctorate who are teaching plus have a very wide range of practical experience and links at big companies. The faculty is approachable. The college is very regular in respect of course and exam schedule. The course provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to students to real-life problems.

Students can apply for internships in any semester but for jobs, they are eligible by their end year only. Companies like Wipro, Paytm, Byjus, HSBC bank, Amazon visits the campus in the management department and almost 65 percent of the students get internship easily based on their skills. And for jobs, the highest package in management was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.
