Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is designed in such a way that a student can get the all information related to the subject in the entire course. Our course is designed in a very good way that i have learnt about the aspect and richness of the subject plant sciences. Our firts yera focusses on basics of botany or lower botany in whic we have learnt about various plants , their families , their internal and external organistaion, and other thing. In our 2nd year we have mainly focussses on genetics and inheritance part. In our 3rd year we learnt about advanced plant sciense like crop improvement , biotechnolgy and tools and techniques. As far as we talk about exams and assesments, we were given assignemnets and class tests and exams. We also have hands on experience on some techniques. Overall the course is designed in its best way.

Class Size : 32Course Fees : INR 14500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fee structure is good for our course and is very affordable.Every colleges of Delhi University is cheap and affordable for us. There are various scholarships available for students through which tehy can reduce theri fee. The fee design is good and included all charges whweter it is exam fee, library fee, maintannce charge or others. Our college treis best to give student finnacial assistance by availing different scholarships to them.

Campus Life :

our college have organised various fests . this year they have organised nexus the annual fest in which they have called the artist Mohit chauhan which was a great fest of all times. the team workind the fest was very dedicated and hard working they have worked dya an dnight to make this event sucessful. event management was good and facilities are also good. classrooom are also well equipped with smart boards and projectors, campus life is very goof in du as we get exposure to various people with different backgorund and cultures.

Admission :

The course eligibilty is +2 with physics, chemistry and biology. at my time there was different admisiion process, in 2021 i have taken admission on the basis of my 12th marks. I got admission in 5th cutoff which showa that the college have ample seats in the course. In 2021 , during lovkdown the admissiion process was fully online and i have also filled the examination form online and applied for different coure and colleges. the verification process was also onlinne. i have availed the resevation for obc category and got the seat through this.Overall the admission process was eas and accessible for all.

Faculty :

The teacher and student ratio is good in my college, every teacher is dedicated to teach us and helps in our doubts. All teachers are well qualified and best in their respective fields. The teachers are always come forward to solve our doubts and help us in our exams and study in every possible manner. They provides us all possible materials and notes which is required for out studies. they complete the syllabus on time and helps us in better revision . they take extra classes for doubts and other problem. not only academic doubt , they also helps us in other problem, they always tried to helps us in everyway whether it is academic or life problems. They are not only teachers but also a mentor for us, they guide us with their best knowledge and helps us in taking better decisons.

Du the college of surprises

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is no extra curriculum activities in my college which I disliked about my colleges and they don't even organise a normal events for students , teacher can be more supportive and teachers can be provide lots of information. They did not provide anything in any information about teachers, teachers. Teachers can be more better. The facilities can be more explain more more and more. They don't take things seriously they just they just provide their notes through online classes and ask them without clearing sections are not not up to the mark and things are not good in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So I chose PCB after 10th and wanted to explore interesting courses. Food technology really made me interested since then and I was eager to be enrolled in this course after collecting all the information about it. The course has a vast scope. Lady Irwin has an amazing faculty too. The teachers here are quite cooperative and their teaching methods makes the subjects interesting to study. The teachers are well qualified from top institutions like BHU, CFTRI etc.
