Course Curriculum Overview :

IHM kolkata known for it's comprehensive curriculum and practical training program which prepare students well for real worworld application for hospitality industry. IHM kolkata provide a solid foundation for student who wish to pursue advance studies or specialized course in hospitality management.

The companies like IHCL, ITC, HYATT, OBEROI, JW MARRIOT comes for intership drives at IHM kolkata. They offer a stipend of avg 1500-5k . Additionally IHM kolkata may have collaboration with industry partnets and alumni network to provide intership placement for its students.

Placement Experience :

The students are eligible for campus placement from 5th semester. A wide range of hospitality industry company including hotel chains, restaurant, catering companies event management firms participate in campus recruitment drive at IHM kolkata. Almost 90% of the student get placement.

I think 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. 240000 to 400000 is the lowest and highest package offered by companies. 80% of the students get placement at the end of their course. My plan is to work for 2 years then open my restaurant.
