Course Curriculum Overview :

The aspect that made me to choose information Technology in BTech first I am a computer geek and want to get myself involved in technology industry. The curriculum is pretty based on real world applications and we are well prepared with job ready skills and both soft and hard skills The courses could be done more hands-on than theoretical.

Internships Opportunities :

For internships mostly the NPTEL courses and in the final 2 years 2 internship were provided in the company we opt for like internshala , technologics, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc, Projects are too done in last 2 years of course and a mini project and a major project is done by students to apply for the real world problems.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees were increased probably for once in 4 years. For me the tution fees and along with bus fees as I have to travel everyday it was around 80k rupees in total Various types of scholarships are available for students mostly are provided through government. Did many internships and but mostly off campus but arranged stalls during cultural events as side gigs.

Campus Life :

So many annual fests and cultural events were held farewells party, freshers party, czars competition for dance and singing and arts, etc Library is available all day long during college hours and we can spend as long time as there we want and we can carry books along with library card. Sports and gym sections were there and twice a year sports competitions are held. Student activity centre is there and run by senior students to provide cultural activities training for students.

Admission :

You are eligible based on your entrance test rank for engineering in Andhra Pradesh State(Mine was 20k in Eamcet) and the percentage obtained in intermediate. The college provides physical application form at college during the admission day announced in their website. Exams are often pretty same for all 2 semester exams per year and 4 mid terms.

Faculty :

Faculty are very well qualified and they are credited with PHDs from top universities of india and they are very well interactive with students. They used to interact with every student in end of every class and they never got annoyed at students and their problems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After JEE Advanced the student who cannot make it to the IITs comes here despite having prior knowledge of the branches. The faculty-student ratio is good at 1:9. The qualification of most of the faculty is good. Term exams are not so difficult and easy to score and they are taken timely.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the final year 1st semester. TCS and Accenture are the major recruiters, followed by Deloitte, Cognizant, and MuSigma. TCS and Accenture were selected by almost 1000 students from all the branches. The highest package offered is Microsoft which is 10L and the Average salary is 3.36L for the System Engineer role. 80% of students usually get placed in the first 8 months and the remaining 10% get placed by end of the course. My plan is to go for an MBA after a prior experience.
