- One thing which I like the most is that placement of this college is very good means core branch students gets placed in big companies.Another thing is that faculties of this college were very experienced and helpful.
- Infrastructure is Not good but I can say that it has a average campus but everything a student can need in engineering college is present in this college.
Dislikes
- One thing that I disliked the most is that location is not good and campus is not that big also.No canteens no playground.
Course Curriculum Overview :
We have a assignments on a daily basis according to the course covered in our classes and even we have a four small test which we call it CA(Continuous assessment) in which we have two written test and others on the basis of attendance, assignment and quizzes.
Internships Opportunities :
If you are a very good student then you can get internship very easily form off campus in the second year.But college provides internship offer from 3rd Year and 5 to 6 companies visitis for the internship for third year students every year.
Placement Experience :
One thing which makes this college really attractive is the placements of this college.95% students gets placed from this college every year,core department students getting placement in big IT companies like TCS,EY.100% students get placed From IT AND CSE department in the last 3 or 4 Years.The average package is increasing year by year and the average package this year is 5 lack which is very good for any college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When I joined the total fees was approx 4 lacs but nowadays it apoorx seven lacs throughout the course.The increment of fees is due to the placements of this college which was really well in last two years.They have a scholarship which they call it TFW(Tution Fee waiver) and they give that scholarship to Bengal domicile students.
Campus Life :
My overall experience from this college is very good and special also.When is joined this college and first time after watching the campus I was very unsatisfied because the campus was not that big.But after u spent some time in the college I wrong my decision about this college because the campus is not big but the environment of this college is very good they organised department fests,annual fests and sport activities on regular basis.
Hostel Facilities :
One thing which is not in this college is there is no hostels at all.But you can get rooms easily through the local peoples.Living charges are very less in college area,you can easily live in 6000 per month which is very less compared to other places and colleges .
Admission :
It has an process of entrance examination which is called WBJEE and they got students through JEE mains rank also.The cut off this college is max 40000 rank for all departments,the cutoffs are really high for CSE and IT departments.The admission process is very smooth, students don't get any problem in admission process.
Faculty :
Faculties of this college is very experienced and helpful also.All the faculties are from good colleges and 10+ year of experience.Mentors are also really good and helpful and they tries that students don't face any problem,they tell every problems on call or in the classes as well.One thing is that every faculty is punctual.
Interview Experience :
No there is no interview for the admission process they just get students Through WBJEE rank which is held by the Bengal government every year.They also take admission through JEE rank and Management quota also but they take very much money through management quota.
