Course Curriculum Overview :

1. I chose this course because I want to improve my language skills that I choose this course. 2. The curriculum helps to show the importance of the course and what I am going to learn. 3. In my way of thinking course must have some less books because of we can read them easily and the teaching must be like a story and short so we can learn. 4. I have lots of time to prepare for my exam and the level the of exam are easy if you prepare good so you can easily pass the exam.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Shymlal College provide some scholarship for student who are not able to pay their fees. They conduct scholarship exams for students is you can clear the exam so you can get the scholarship. Fees Structure- If you are going to do B. A in 12 courses so you have to clear the CUETCBSE 12th exam with a fee of 540 and If you are thinking of applying for certificates in 12 courses so you have to pay 2.5k to 15k with 10+12. and for B. Com you will have to take the CUET exam with a fee of 540. My complete cost of education is 15000 for 3 year including tuition fees.

Campus Life :

1. In college annual and technical festivals are celebrated along with months. 2. There are so many books available in the library like autobiographies, science, math, history, political and also so many you can read anything you want. 3. every classroom has a CCTV camera and projector to use for explaining something apart from this so many other electronic devices are available there but not to much useful. 4. Sometimes we play our favourite games but college doesn't provide any kind of offer on campus

Admission :

If you are going to be admission in Shyam Lal college so you must have at least 40 and 45% marks in their aggregate to get admission to BA and BA Hons. To get admission in B.A hons in economics, candidates must have studied and passed mathematics in the qualifying examination. You can easily find the exam form, application fees and application dates on their original site and as far as I know so they provide some reservation benefits you can read that all in website. Admission must be take online or offline both and fees must be low.

Faculty :

1. In my class there were 25 students and they were all good because of that learning was easy. 2. All teachers were well educated and they were very helpful to students even their behaviour was very good. 3. I used to talk to teacher in class and if I had any doubts I could ask them after class they easily solved my doubts.

Placement Experience:

Sri Venkateswara College provides placements for Science and Commerce Students, not for BA Students. The college has a good record in the placement cell. I am an Arts student so I don't have any placement. So I choose UPSC as my career option. I will try until I succeed.

Placement Experience:

Placement cells do not provide placements to English graduates. Only a few companies came to hire English graduates. I'm planning to do a master's or B.Ed to secure a career in teaching after my graduation.

6th-semester students are eligible to apply for campus placements. Companies like Bains and Co., KPMG, etc visit our college. Some are known and some unknown. I did not participate in campus placements as I decided to go for higher studies.

Remarks:

The college is good and faculty teacher is very helpful and the canteen is great. The playground is very big and clean. College has many societies. Admission process is merit based and first cum basis.

Admission:

No, because my admission merit based and my performance and sc quota so I can't face any group discussion, interview, or written tests. My result calculation is sufficient to get admission.

Remarks:

The college is excellent when it comes to academic excellence though it lacks a bit in infrastructure and placements.

Admission:

After giving my 12th class board exams I was looking at potential places to do my graduation from and Delhi University and Jamia millia islamia were on the top of my list due to their reputation and excellent national rankings. I ended up choosing jamia because it had the reputation for being very academics oriented and having a sincere student body. The fact that jamia has an entrance exam was also a draw for me as it ensured my peers were selected on the basis of stiff competition ensuring I got the best environment to pursue my academics.Jamia conducts its entrance exam around june-july with admissions taking place in august. The admission process is pretty straightforward and most of the process such as registration and payment of fees is online. The final registration is done in person in the university itself. Original documents such as 10th and 12th marksheets are required as well as character certificate and school leaving certificate. The list of required documents is available on the university website.

Placement Experience:

Our college has JEET placement Cell. JEET provides weekly updates on new internships. There are too many opportunities. However my course, Psychology doesn't have placement opportunities as such as Psychology is a complex field that has yet to be Specified in Masters.
