Course Curriculum Overview :

Our curriculum includes both ayurvedic and modern aspects of medicine. The thing that influenced me to take this course is that ayurved is not been explored yet by many people. In curriculum lectures and non lectures pattern help us students to look more towards practical aspect than theory. Exams are conducted every 2 months.

Internships Opportunities :

Compulsory internship is provided by college in Bharati Ayurveda Hospital. It is of 6 months period. No stipend us provided. Exposure to patients is very good. Hospital surrounding is very pleasant and comforting.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee is increased 25% every year. Complete cost of our course is about 24-25 lakhs for duration of 5 years. There are no scholarships granted by college. No campus employment is provided. Half year internship is compulsory in our own hospital.

Campus Life :

We have various clubs in our college like cultural club, sports club etc. Library have over 4000 books and library is open from 9 am to 8 pm. Every year Ayurbharti event is organized by the last year batch which lasts upto 15 days...it includes sports and cultural activities. Classroom have electronic TV's as well as board for teaching.

Admission :

For eligibility you have to get minimum 400 marks in NEET for SC category. For Open category it goes upto 500 13% reservation is given to SC caste. Application forms and other detail can be found on the official website and also at student corner in college itself. Admission process is smooth and not too hectic. Exams as said earlier are conducted every 2 months and difficulty level is moderate.

Faculty :

All the staff is well educated and everyone have completed their postgraduation. Teachers are friendly and positive minded. We have ward teacher meeting every week where we share our problems with our teachers.

Because this course includes study of both modern and ayurvedic medicines so this is a big advantage. We have hospital visitings so that our communication with patients can increase. This is so important for clinical aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One who is interested in the feild of medicine will be very happy by choosing this course.as per my opinion I think it was my best choice because ayurveda is one which is made of natural ingredients and having no side effects or least. Curriculum is also well prepared allowing us to learn from basic to the best.this also teaches us how to deal with patients and also with the worlds perspective.i think some innovative ideas should be made for teaching.reading books is not only the way practical and study by fun makes you more grasp the knowledge and quickly. Group discussion, debate and role plays should be taken more than the classes . Non lectures are must to relate the things to the real world.exams are held at 6 month interval that is sessional pf 100 marks and between that periodic of 15 marks is taken that is total 9 periodics 2 sessional and 1 university test is designed in curriculum pattern.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is ancient medicine as lot of good results on patients especially for chronic diseases,it has indian roots that influenced me to choose the course, patient interaction is there right since 2nd year so real life application is being taught since 2nd year itself, areas of improvement may be research there is lack of research in ayurved that makes it lagging behind or medicine system like allopathy, exam is 2 internals over the year and one university exam at end of the year difficulty level varies subject to subject

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is same throughout the nation as decided by NCISM. It is inclusive as the exam pattern also has MCQs and various activities and demands field experience. So it is relevant. Field visits ,electives and periodic assessments keep the students engaged in the syllabus throughout the course duration so last minute study is avoided.
