- The college provides us an high tech labs and technical lectures which are quite good.
Dislikes
- In btech first year course the student gets a bit busy regarding drawing and all.
- The campus is pretty wide and good looking but there's no other place to go near the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was very fond of computers and tech from first and also my big brother had studied in the same course which made me apply for the same course. The faculties here are specified to tech us an small amount of the course but they also Influence us to go deeper in the sea of knowledge. So it really makes us prepared for real life applications . The area like mechanical civil DE all these courses are very much studied manually which is an issue of the faculty try to teach us these courses in different way we may get an deeper idea about what is going on. There are around 3 slots of exams in Charusat in btech where first two slots are internals and also internal practicals and the last slot is of external practicals , external viva and external theory. The main point of attraction of Charusat is these all exams are being conducted online on the tablet. The experience of the first college to go paperless is very nice and which makes these college different the experience of tablet is better
Internships Opportunities :
There are so many opportunities to get the internship and the college made it compulsory to students of second third and fourth year to have internship as we have to submit an internship letter for our credit in next year.
Placement Experience :
The college provides the campus placements to the 4th year students and also provide the campus rounds in which faculties roleplay the employee of the company which then will take rounds and train the students and will mark them accordingly.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure is 1,41,000 in which all the things are paid. The complete cost is also 1,41,000. The main scholarship is MYSY which avails us an descent amount of 67000 in first year and 62000 in rest years Also for the students residing in hostel there is an other scholarship for hostel of 15000.
Campus Life :
The best infrastructure I have ever seen and the Charusat has also a way better experience as the college thinks a lot about the nature there is trees like everywhere and the college also has an NAAC rank A+ which is quite enough to describe the college. There are several clubs which are very beneficial for the students in there future. And Charusat also provides an stage where a student can learn and overcome his fears.
Hostel Facilities :
For newbies the hostel is must as like rented accommodation would be a bit more for them. The hostel management is quite good but the only problem is of laundry one has to do it by themselves or can give to laundry on extra charge. The rooms are spacious of my hostel shreedeep and they are all with AC .
Admission :
Theres an management round conducted by the college in which you are given a no. According to your marks scored. Which is an quite good method as the student would get the field according to their score. No reservations were taken by the college. 3 times in 6 months and one can easily score descent marks if he/she had work on the subjects. The college provides an lunch for the parents who came just for admission of his /her child and also provides a descent sitting arrangements so I think there is no better way to complete this
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio is I guess around 20:1. The faculties credentials are pretty high almost all faculties have either PhD or apply for it in there subjects. And there approach to teching is way better (especially of CSPIT faculties). Anytime between the hours of College and also if there are major doubts regarding class the class representative can also call the faculties before 9.
