- 75% attendance criteria. College is very strict about attendance they don't allow the student to sit in the exam below 75% attendance
- College timings is 8:30 to 4:00 pm we don't get extra time to work on other aspects
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is same since last 10 to 15 years it has not been change but I think the first year sllaybus is not helpful in any field and the practical knowledge is very less in the course. The student have to work on their own the curriculum doesn't provide any practical or field knowledge in it.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship apportunities in the college is very students have to try on their own for the internship in the 3rd-4th year onwards and the college will provide NOC to you after you get an internship. There are many companies also who come for to offer internships also.
Placement Experience :
Placements of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college is good enough this year maximum package till now is about 45LPA in the campus and the average package is about 7.5LPA to 8LPA. The placement percentage of AKG is 97-98% even the machining and civil students are get placed from this college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for first year is 1,42,000 rupees only and for the second year 1,30,000 and 1,20,000 for the next two years and scholarship is also provided by the UP and the central government. This fees includes all the charges like book bank, tution fees, devlopment fees. There is a additional fees deposit of 7500 for the examination charges.
Campus Life :
The overall experience of college is decent. The college in this college is a bit boring as no fest and events are organised in the college. Students can enjoy their college life by enrolling in the society's as the they go for many competition and events in other college.
Admission :
The admission process is through UPTU councelling which accepts the rank of JEE mains and you can get CS branch upto 95 percentile. There also direct mode of admission in which you have to approach the college as soon as your 12th class result is declared and give the test and interview for the admission on the basis of your 12th percentage.
Faculty :
The faculties are very supportive and have a good knowledge about there specific fields. All Teacher are highly qualified professionals and always be there to solve our doubts. The teaching style is good as they provide all the notes and necessary questions that is important for the exams.
