The campus is a very liberal campus and it is a 24 hour campus we can enter and exit the gate anytime we want

Course Curriculum Overview :

The syllabus is better here. It includes excel r language python and other data analysis tools it will prepare you for the real world the faculty are insufficient they have increse the number of faculty.

Placement Experience :

The placement drives are actively happening in the campus mostly banking sector companies are conducting the placement drives Mangement students have more priority 30% students are getting placed recently federal bank has conducted a placement drive and 40 students have got the offer letter

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The complete cost of education will be around one lakh including hostel mess and tuition fee. The two year tuition fee is 38000 and hostel & mess fees is 48000. There are scholarships provided by the university alone and all other government and private scholarships also available for the students. Every year campus placements are offered. Mostly banking sector jobs are coming for the placement drives.

Campus Life :

The annual program of commerce department is vanicom it is the biggest program conducted in the university it is conducted in the month of December to January and there is also programs that is conducted by other departments. In Pondicherry University pongal is the main celebration we also celebrated holi onam and bihu in the university. The facilities provided in the library and reading room is quite impressive wide verities of books and journals are there in the library there is also a library in every school the som library is also very good. The physical education department conducts sports activities in the university every year there is a good football team in the university.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is worth for the price. The hostel fee for a year is 1000 and it is free for girls but you should take mess compulsorily. The mess fee is 74 per day you have to pay it for the whole semester so it will be around 12000. The meal quality is average. Chapathi rice dal sambar rasam pappad curd are the usual menu Wednesday and Sunday we have chicken

Hostel Fee : INR 24000 per year

Admission :

The admission procedure of Pondicherry University is based on the score of CUET examination conducted by NTA .it is conducted once in every year, you can avail reservation benefits by submitting the category certificate from the thahassildar of your thaluk

Course Curriculum Overview:

Academic curriculum have some shortcomings like the internals are held very late and because of that the end of the semester becomes very hectic. The internship duration is very short it should be at least a month.

Some courses such as M.com(Account & Taxation) , Green energy Engineering are only available in South India which are most important for the upcoming future Each and every class of our course go through the application methods which improves the ability of study No need of improvements as the faculties and facilities are available as required The exams are conducted after acknowledgement of completion of syllabus in required subject thoroughly & results will be within 10 days of completion of exams

The course is very good. In Pondicherry University the Master of Commerce is the best course compared to others. There are lots of talented teachers in our department. My life in Pondicherry University

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is specified in Accounting and Taxation which is not available in most of the universities. But considering the real world application, No in depth practical skills can be achieved. Our own efforts along with Carriculam will work greatly. Exams are happening timely in Semester wise. Results can be expected within a week after the exam.
