  • curriculum, ways in which exam is conducted

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate our curriculum 8 of 10 . All the subjects included are useful and career can be pursuded seperately, so all the courses are useful except 1-2 . Examinatio is conducted in 3 parts T1,T2 and end sem exam. T1,T2 are carried out of 20 marks while end sem in of 60 marks

Internships Opportunities :

In civil you can get internship as an onsite engineer, at water treatment plant, at dams or can be placed at a frim for designing structures. For projects, you can design a unique structure or can come up with some ways to solve the problems related to building maintance or how to treat water more efficiently then current ways

Placement Experience :

You are required to do internships in 3rd year. College won't help you get internship you need to find it yourself. You ca get placement in 3rd itself but it won't campus placement . Campus placements are done only in 4th year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure has increased this year as this year the college has changed from government college to a university. Regarding scholarships various scholarships are available for which you can apply like mahadbt , allumi scholarship

Campus Life :

The campus life is calming as the college surely has focused has gardening area and keeping the area green. Many festivals are conducted like Zest (sports event), Impressions (cultural event), Mind spark(technical event). There are clubs for every activity you are intreseted ranging from clubs for dance art to club for civil services examination preparation

Hostel Facilities :

The college hostel is situated at some distance from college around 700-800 m. The hostel facilites are good and every year has seperate building and are well maintained. A cafeteria is also provided inside the hostel campus

Admission :

For the admissio we were required to visit the college and all documentation upload etc were need to be done on spot only. Application process was easy and was in the auditorium so we weren't required to go somewhere else for some work . Everything was present at one place only. I got civil branch at the spot round of college . I got metallurgy branch at 92 percentile in MHT-CET

Placement Experience:

Placement is not that good. Overall the average placement is only about 4,00,000 per year. And campus placement are there but it won't provide you high paying jobs you'll have to do that on your own. So focus more on personal skills

Placement Experience:

As I am in second year I don't have that much of idea about the placement but there are very good placements for the printing and intc branch in this college. There I will see near they got the very good packages for this branches and along with CS IT branches they got 40 to 50 lakh packages. Also the college provides the interview sessions and the placement training programs in that the experts come and give training to the students for placement programs. There are various students that are placed in with us countries like Japan Germany's and they are working in ITI and various professions.

I have also got nearly three placements. Currently, I am working in Accenture with a package of 6.5 lpa. I have experienced a decent placement process which was very systematic in that every or each of the students can get placed. For placements, SKNCOE is the best in Maharashtra.
