Placements support for the students and campus life.
The fests and exposure. Events here are very fascinating.

Dislikes

Infrastructures needed to be refurbished and there is need of new infrastructural structures.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is designed for industrial aspects. The curriculum prepares you best for for food industry. The curriculum have subjects which covers the sensory analysis, new product development, entrepreneurship development and many more. The exams are of moderate levels and one can easily score good marks.

Internships Opportunities :

The department of food technology provides you an internship supports and also almost every students from batch gets the internships. Here the internships are both paid or non-paid. Depending upon your performance and CGPA. The internships are provided in the MNC company like Nestle, Mondelez, Bira 91, Carlsberg, Pernod Richard, United breweries, Alfa Laval and many more. There is a project provided to students during the internships and on the successful completion they get both certificates of Completion and letter of recommendation.

Placement Experience :

The placements of HBTU are very good. In the year 2022, 25 out of 31 students got placed and in the year 2023, 26 out of 30 students got placed in various multi national companies like Nestle, Mondelez, Bira 91, United breweries, Adani Wilmar, Bikano, CP Milk, Britannia, and many more. The highest package is 23 LPA, Lowest is 4.5 LPA and average is 5.5 LPA for 2022 batch.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total tuition fees is 145000 Rs. The college provides you scholarship assistance of 55,000 Rs for general category students, this assistance is provided by UP Government under UP Government scholarships. The department provides the placement supports in the core and non-core sectors both.

Campus Life :

The HBTU provides you a more stuffs than college studies. It is very embarking journey. There are lots of councils, clubs, association and departmental events. These are events are managed by students providing them a exposure to how to deal with people's, builds their communications skills, helps in the connection building as well.

Admission :

The HBTU kanpur takes the admission on JEE mains rank. There is 3 round of counselling, for the applying the counselling procedure one needed to pay 20,000 Rs as a non-refundable amount. There is reservations for the OBC, EWS, SC, ST categories. The entire procedures of counselling is online. There is total of 100 marks paper and in which there is 2 mid semester of 15 marks each and 50 marks for end semester.

The best thing about our college is the placements. Even the market at this time is not performing that well still our college is able to privide us good campus placements, some good companies with huge packages visits our campus is the Commovault, PaloAulto etc.

Placement Experience:

You are eligible for 3year 5th semester for sitting placements and small companies are coming and every campany has different eligibilty criteria like 75%attandance and 7.5 cgpa mosty good company are demand 7 or above cgpa for placement and average pakage is 5lpa and depends upon your skill set and my plan for after degree is getting a good gob in dream company.

Placement Experience:

After the VI semester students will be eligible for placement. There are lots of companies like tcs, Microsoft, Google, wipro, etc. The highest package was 55 lpa and the lowest was 3.2 lpa. 90 per cent of students are placed.

If one is in B.Tech they become eligible in the 7th semester for placements and the 5th semester for internships. If one is in IDD (B.Tech + Mtech) they come eligible in the 9th and 7th semesters for placements and internships respectively. 300 companies visited for placement with JPMC, Oracle, Deloitte, Microsoft, etc. hired maximum students (PPOs included). Offers made for 1200 students. Maximum CTC - 1.2 Cr (2022 - 2.5 Cr) Above data up to 8th day of placement. Profiles - SDE, quant, DS/ML, DA, Products, Consulting, Core. Dei make their students a better human being first.

Placement Experience:

More specifically if I am talking about placement is that if you want to get good placements in dei that you must maintain your sgpa at least 8 points for you to appear in the placement cell. There are many companies visited in college like torrent power for electrical branch and other for their respective branches. Around 60% of students get their placements through college and it also depends on students' ability and skills. Since I am in the 4th semester so yes from 3rd year students get their training or internship through college to students with good grades. So you must have to maintain at least 8 sgpa for better placements.

Best University for Computer Science and other Engineering Programs

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college have been great so far. All the major companies and tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, DELL, etc came for placements this year. The average package this year for BTECH students was 8.6 lakhs per annum. Also, the highest package so far has been 44 lakhs p.a. Almost all students are placed with good packages so it is an ideal choice to choose Bennett University for higher education.

GCET is great for learning and other skill.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in GCET, Although they vary from time to time. For placements, students are eligible from the 7th Sem. Companies like Direct-I, Samsung, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, etc. all visited the campus. The highest package I now am 21LPA buy it can be more. And except recession 60-70%, people are placed. Rest it all depends on students as well.
