Remarks :

Good is nothing to say about the college, the placement provided here for core branches or branch wise are very low, the university is still not digitalized, staffs doesn't play their roles efficiently.If you are girl join in the women's college associate

Entrance Preview :

Andhra university common examination test(AUCET now AUEET) people doing B.tech get through EAMCET andhra pradesh.I secured 191 rank in the exam of total around 10 thousand applicants, i managed to get electronics and communications engineering branch.I after completing plus 2 trained under intensive coaching for IIT JEE failed to qualify, thus i have decideed to study only in university though i got admissions in SRM, VIT chennai , GITAM and NIT goa , i preferred to andhra university than others which now i think was a wrong choice.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The term University refers to lot of opportunities but these where very little, a lot of professors with great knowledge and very famous but only some are available to us , most of the classes are delivered by he research scholars of the professors which very nothing, coming to research it will is better option to directly share our thoughts wih professors, limited resources for research , labs , some branches of specialization doesn't even have faculty.When coming to course structure it is routine with all the universities in India nothing more innovation is expected.

Internships Opportunities :

None , no and nothing . no companies came here for intern ships we have search ourselves for intern ships.I have done in DRDO Hyderabad with my friends dad recommendation

Placement Experience :

In Andhra university for us the equation for placementPLACEMENT= INFOSYS + WIPRO thats it these two companies recruit around 500 students out of 1500 students. We do face competition from the womens college associated with the university which they grab about 60 percent of the jobs grabbed by the students.No core companies for different branches are encouraged , students irrespective of branch will be placed in IT industry that too maximum in INFOSYS and WIPRO.other companies like IBM and ACCENTURE will give their priority to womens and BTECH las year which they took hundred each among them maximum are from womens college.About 30% of students will be placed all are for IT industry.

College Events :

College festivals there are many Days in college Freshers day for freshers, cultural fests , technical fests very rare , block day , department day and many...college sounds in terms of college festivals

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The college hostels are situated at distance 1 km from college inside the campus.The hostel fee is too low when compared to other colleges it costs around 15000 per year or less.The mess food should be maximum avoidable due lack of cleanliness and toilets are sticky and horrible for any one first it seems to horrible to live in hose hostels but once we are used to them we will enjoy life there. Room accommodates to two members, egg thrice a week , 112 grams of chicken twice a week , can keep bike or car with us in hostel, recreational facilities like badminton , volley ball table tennis ,TV, news papers..etc.. are available. Timings are free in hostels

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships for our course are not available but for other courses the government provides scholarships. educations loans are available by banks.

Campus Life :

The campus life here in Andhra university is very beautiful since the city is pretty beautiful , the campus is widespread in the centre of the city.The ratio of boys to girls is 2:1 , but considering the women college it becomes woman populated.Extracurricular completions are regularly encouraged in the campus annually by conducting intermulars in the campus and department days also all the students in the campus will be able participate in one game or the other.Cultural fests conducted annually also encourages both sports and cultural activities

Alumni/Alumna :

I Do believe that the alumni network is pretty weak in the college.

My College - My experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed well we have a lot of other things apart from the computer science courses. Something to change in the course curriculum and teaching methods is that maybe we die deep. The exams are connected semester wise and the time between the exams is way too low like will be having midterm one and midterm to and the time between mid term 2 and semester end exams is too less.

One of the best colleges in Andhra Pradesh

Placement Experience:

You get to choose between higher studies and placements in the third year. The highest package is around 44 lakhs and the least package I heard was 4.5 lakhs per annum and i heard that we have an average of 10 lakhs per annum. People get employed and we get various companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The engineering course is good as technology is future. So I choose B.tech and computer science engineering to grow up in software side. It prepares me well in real-world applications like implementing and also doing projects. The staff should learn more coding to train students and the syllabus should be decreased. The exam timing is sufficient and internal and external marks helps us to gain more percentage.

Good college will give you the better future

Placement Experience:

The college will support students for campus placements. But higher priority will be given to the 4th year students. Many MNC's are visiting our college every year like Wipro, TCS, Talentio, Infosys etc. Based on the company highest package would be upto 6 LPA. The management, we report as almost 85% of students placed in campus placements. My only goal is getting placement in MNC in campus placements.

Remarks:

This college is good at teaching and has good infrastructure. As we are preferring a college near to my place I chose this college. College got so good infrastructure and a large auditorium.
