Life of bvchms

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was generally relevant and comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics within the field. However, there were occasional areas where updates could enhance relevance to current industry trends or societal needs.

Placement Experience :

The placement opportunities at my college were quite good, with many students securing job offers from reputable companies through campus placements. For those without campus placements, the college provided resources and support for job hunting, including career fairs, networking events, and counseling services. Post-graduation plans often included pursuing further education, internships, or entering the job market directly, depending on individual career goals and opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fee structure varied depending on the institution and program. Scholarships, financial assistance, and campus employment opportunities were available for eligible students, but the availability and criteria differed from institution to institution. It's essential for prospective students to research and inquire directly with the schools they're interested in for specific details.

Campus Life :

Campus life was vibrant, with plenty of social activities and clubs to get involved in. The infrastructure provided was generally good, with facilities ranging from libraries to sports complexes. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience, fostering both academic and personal growth

Admission :

The admission process involved filling out applications, submitting transcripts, recommendation letters, and possibly taking entrance exams like the SAT or ACT. Cut-offs varied depending on the institution and program. One aspect I didn't like was the stress and uncertainty that comes with waiting for acceptance decisions.

Interview Experience :

Yes, I had to go through interviews and written tests as part of the admission process for some programs, but not all. Group discussions were less common but could be included in specific admissions processes.

Placement Experience:

From 5th Sem students are eligible for placements and there are 2 companies visited to our college till now, named moglix and persistent systems, average package is nearly 250000 and highest package offered till now is 305000. Out of 100% students only a few students are selected for placements and are placed according to there skills and talent. The percentage would be like 15%. I plan to opt for off campus placements after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is more inclusive but not comprehensive. For a 10 marks answer the student is expected to write 2 or 3 pages while in other streams the student is expected to fill a minimum of 5 pages. For all the nature loving and concerned youth, this course is a must!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Economics is very highly relevant to the field of finance in fact it is one of the most preferred fields, the curriculum is highly specialized in a way to make it accessible in the real world, maybe digging a bit more deeper into quantitative finance would be helpful, the timings of exams are feasible.
