Course Curriculum Overview :
Bachelor of Commerce is the very good course. Teachers also focus on practical Learning very much. We research various topics. they use new techniques for teaching & mostly they focus on practical exercise & motivate students to participate. Teachers also work very hard for students. They find something new on a regular basis so that students can Learn something new. They can take 2 times in a year i.e. house test. Every student give exams genuine. During exams, there is no possibility of cheating. All the rules & regulations are followed by everyone i.e. teachers & students. Forgiving a house test, Students are prepared for the final exams. it also releases exams pressure of the students. it is the very good way to prepare for the finals. elective options are cosmetology, fashion designing, web designing etc. for choosing elective option students can Learn new things & try to give their best & perform as well.
Internships Opportunities :
They also give internship opportunities to students in office management. Collaboration has been made with various corporations, banks and financial institutions business houses, interior designers, architects, jewelry houses have, not only, proved very fruitful for internship and placement of students but for establishment/creation/up-gradation of academic facilities, student and staff support, infrastructure facilities of the institution as an interaction of this department with such collaborations have acquainted them with new technologies and techniques.
Placement Experience :
there are various reputed companies like Wipro, IBM, Aajtak, etc. come to our college for placements. students get informed about it. interested students get prepared for the interview. On the day, they well dressed in formals & eligible candidate/ student get selected by the companies. the average package was gone near about 3 Lacs.
College Events :
The talented artists of the Departments of Dance, Drama, and Music have been often invited by the Government of Punjab, for major cultural events, and given awards. This may be institutionalized for fundraising and also joint efforts in partnership with professional bodies outside the University system to bring together traditional skills with the formal stream.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees structure is same as other College under Guru Nanak Dev University only some other charges are different from other colleges that are under Guru Nanak Dev University.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
scholarships also provide to students. talented and deserving students can get scholarships. loans also provide to the students who are not able to submit their fees due to some problems.
Hostel Facilities :
No. Hostel rooms were also very clean. Both the rooms were available for students but they have no PGs. Foods were really nice.
Faculty :
Our staff was very qualified & experienced. They use new techniques for teaching & mostly they focus on practical exercise & motivate students to participate. They were very co-operative. our college provides various facilities for students. a standard of teaching is very high.
