Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose PGPM course because it's prepares you for facing real life field challenges through out it's out of book teaching methodology . The curriculum of this course is latest as compare to MBA course . This course focus on real life case study and prepare you for real world .PGPM give you advance knowledge in the field of finance , Marketing, and HR, Operations . Frequency of exam is conducted on 4 semester in between there will be evaluation . Difficulty level is moderate

Intership (SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME) Duration of 8-12 weeks Companies comes every year more then 150 companies including Big4 Name of the companies JP Morgan Case, Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, EY and banks CSB bank , DBS Bank , ICICI Bank etce Roles that are offer mostly are finance analyst, portfolio analyst , Operations manager, Management trainee etc . All companies provide you the provide you with the project and their are faculty guide that provides to each student during the intership to guide and help .

Placement Experience :

This college provide you with the Summer internship Programme and also final placement as this college have 95% placement rate. Frome First semester students are eligible for campus placement and intership. For Summer internship company start to come in college from July JP Morgan comes in July to select students for intership , each and every student get placed for intership in every year. Companies like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, EY and BNY Mellon , CSB bank , ICICI BANK etc all big companies comes to college with good stepind for intership and for final placement with good Package Highest package for 2023 was 54 LPA for international and national was 24 LPA and Profile that offered are Consultants , Business Analyst, Finan analyst, Etc Percentage of student getting placement ar 95% above

Tuition fee is higher as compared to MBA degrees and fee can be increase 1-2% of fees every year The complete cost of the education would me nearly 12-13 lakhs if you are from other states because this college doesn't provide you with Hostel facilities , 909000 tuition fees + other fees like hostels etc . Overall experience with this college campus is good , The college is located at prime location pawai hiranandani you will find very good infrastructure building etc college have good campus not too big . This college have clubs for every domain like Finance, Marketing,HR , Operations and for hobbies like Singing and dancing also for college also have sports club . This college have annual event like knounflex and in every monthly conduct event for every domain . Their are huge range of books and journals in librar Facilities is every good theory are very helpful Extracurricular activities conducted by clubs in every domain and also they provide you with the certification

To get the admission in this college eligibility is Graduation in any discipline and entrance exam it can be CAT etc this college have their own entrance exam IBSAT . Interview Experience :

Criteria for admission is Graduation in any discipline with entrance exam Selection process will be through GD and personal interview round. Placement Experience:

There is a summer internship after the first 3 trimesters where companies come for interviews and roles depend on the company that selects you. It is for 2-3 months usually and is compulsory ie a part of the curriculum to complete to qualify for the degree. Same for final placement, interviews begin after the 4th trimester is done. More than 50 companies came to campus for final placement and highest package given was 11.2 lakhs and average was 8.8 lakhs which depended on the company and the job role. Roles are offered for consulting, IT, media, manufacturing and banking and finance roles of HR Generalist, HR Business Analyst and Talent Acquisition. Companies such as Godrej, IndusInd bank, TCS, Zee, Meru, Capstone, etc were the prominent companies for the final placement. 100% placement was achieved for the HR specialization.

A Comprehensive account- NMIMS

Placement Experience:

Students sit for their Summer placements from the 2nd Trimester onwards. NM has a trimester system. A total of 181 companies visited the campus for the Summers of 2020-22 batch. 28 of them were from Fortune 500 companies and 90 new recruits. The total number of offers made was roughly 650-700 and still counting. The highest stipend was 3 lakhs and the average stood at 1.2 lakhs. Top 50 offers clocked an average of 2.48 lakhs. The different profiles for which the companies came were IT analytics, Consulting, E-commerce, BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Media & Telecom, Logistics, oil, and gas, etc. NMIMS Mum has 100% placement records. After doing my MBA I plan to go back to Corporate and learn and implement at the workplace. Thereby have self-growth and also bring revenues to the company.

Admission:

Candidates get admission through an online form or offline as well. But would suggest for the online application. The basic documents requirement are mark sheets of x and xii ,eligibility certificate and caste certificate if required by any candidate. The course duration is of 2 years. The candidate is eligible if he/she has done bachelors with 50% marks from any recognized university. The course deals in lots of disciplines like HR, Marketing ,Finance etc the candidate can enroll according to their choices.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very good in the college as they try and place maximum of their students in the best of the companies with good deals. 80% of the students definitely do get placed and they are quite satisfaction and happy with the job. The renowned company do come and recruit the students.
