Social life in Campus

Dislikes

  • There is a little bit of gender inequality in the campus as the sports events are conducted mainly for boys in the campus
  • Lack of cultural events. The entertainment program conducted in the university is very low as compared to many other institutions

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose the course by considering several aspects like advanced courses inaccounting, finance, economics and business management, as well as opportunities for specialization in certain areas .The course help me provide a solid foundation in business and commerce principles which can be valuable for various career paths and further academic endeavors.I would suggest to include the internship program in our course curriculum for final year students also it would be better if the classes are conducted in English rather than hindi or other regional languages as university is for students all over India.I'm fine with my exam schedule. The semester exam conducts for 70 at a time period of 2 1/2hours difficulty level depends up on the subject

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The university charges 5000 per semester for M.com The fee may vary depending on the course. The university didn't hike any extra charges for tuition fees. The fees of rs5000 includes exam fees, service fee, tuition fee, health fees etc. There are several scholarships available for students in the university which includes E grant , single girl child scholarships etc . My campus won't provide any job facilities for the students or conducts any job fair my opinion is negative for placement programs in our university

Campus Life :

The cultural fest conducted by the university is very less ,but we have celebrations on various festivals on the month that the festivals are held. The university have a huge library extending to a complete floor .It is accessible from 9 to 5 for 7 days a week.It a wide variety of books for all departments. The university focuses on sports events more than cultural events.Department wise sports competitions are held in the University on 3 month or 4month basis. Sports like football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, Kabbady are conducted in our campus . There is no student run group in our campus as the campus is wholly managed by the faculty and the management

Admission :

I got into my university through CUET entrance examination a common exam for getting admission in the central universities all over India .I have opted for doing masters in commerce ,which we should have a minimum percentage of 55 at our bachelor's to be considered by a central university. CUET is the central university eligible test conducted by the NTA . The examination will be conducted year by year approximately at the month of September and the application procedures will begin approximately at the month of July or August. The examination charges a certain amount of fees for various courses.CUET is a computer based examination which has 100 questions. From the questions 25 of them will general aptitude and the rest from the main subject. Each right answer carries 4marks and wrong answer0.25 will be deducted. The examination will be of 3 hours also the examination is multiple choice based. The selection will be based on the cutoff marks of the particular university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are very cooperative as per my experience. They were nice and helped me alot in a lot of procedure and doubts. They are well qualified, ph.d in their respective fields/subject they were teaching. The teaching methods were quite good. I mean if student who read books/ do self study and who concentrate in what they saying can easily understand it. Although it was distance learning college they take classes before the examination. Exams were always took on time but because of corona the schedule was Disturbed. But now it's fine. Difficulty level of exam is quite similar to any other universities. If you study well you'll pass. But I never seen any student got 90% or above atleast not from my commerce stream.

Admission:

The admission has a simple procedure as it is distance learning which doesn’t require entrance exams or personal interviews. The student should have scored approximately 50% in their graduation to enroll in the college.

Placement Experience:

The placements in college are quite good and are one of the best colleges in Bihar for distance learning. Many reputed companies visit the college and recruit students also offer them internships with a great stipend.

Remarks:

College has many good facilities, but yeah, everything has a bad face too. The college fees is way too high, so poor students are not able to get admissions. The management is also good, but there are some flaws there too, and most faculties are good in teaching while others are not that good. Overall education facility is good, but some improvements needed. all in all, the college is the best in the area.
