No support from authorities for any fun activities in college

Course Curriculum Overview :

During the counselling process I have applied for 3 branches which is mainly CSE,ECE and IT and I was fortunate enough to get ECE branch after 2nd round of counselling. Admission process went pretty smoothly with the help of college administrators work was done efficiently

Class Size : 62Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

College placement was good till last year but this year it has significantly dropped mainly because of recession but also the companies which are hiring offered less seat compared to last time I think campus placement fluctuate based on market conditions overall but all in all u can get placement of 3-4 lakhs if have studied enough

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The time I took admission fees for B.tech degree was around 4lakhs for whole 4 years and around 45k per semester with increase in around 1.5k per semester I think there are some financial assistance provided by college if you have EWS certification

Campus Life :

Campus life was mid in as campus itself is small some there is not much places to hangout with your friends and as for rest of activities there are pretty much non-existence the few activities with are conducted in college are by the students who are active all the year and also no fest here

Admission :

Admission process was held through WBJEE examination where cutoff was given and courses were assigned as per the marks obtained in WBJEE exam then counselling process was done you were given choices to fill for your desired course you want to opt but ultimately yours marks in WBJEE will determine which branch will be assigned to you

The curriculum is well developed and the major areas of learning are adequately addressed. It has prepared students for practice as well as for further education. I wanted to point at such aspects of teaching design that need to be developed : offerings of practical projects and a greater focus on interactive teaching methods. The students get eligible at 3rd year 6th sem. Though before that you can do internship or freelancing which will increase the weight of your profile. The percentage of student getting placement is around 60-70% and the average package is around 4-5lakhs per annum. The highest package got by a student previous year was around ?10lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester student become eligible for the campus placements. Amul(GCMF) , Mother Dairy, Vidya Dairy, Bhagirathi cooperative, Wamul, ITC are the company's visited and they provide good packages according to the students work in interview. After getting the degree I would pursue my hair studies in Mtech Food Technology from IIT or go to MBA course from IIM. My main goal is to get NDRI National Dairy Research Institute which is top institute for imparting dairy and veterinary courses for MTech Dairy Technology. 70 to 80% of the students are being placed and the packages very from 20 lakh per anum to 40 lakh per annum. After getting BTech degree most of the students preferred to go for higher studies and job. Research line is open for our course. Most girls prefer higher studies and research line and most boys prefer for job.
