Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum of this course is good as per my perspective as this course is of my field of interest. So it gives me an opportunity to interact with people of similar mineset and can plan mine future goals accordingly. Timing and frequency are also flexible according to me. Difficulty level is quite good.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 600000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Big companies like Amazon, J.P.morgan, CISCO, Deloitte gives intership opportunities to students at thapar institute of engineering and technology. u have to work very hard in order to compete with other students as competition is quite high.

Placement Experience :

Placements of thapar are really good.. From 3 Rd year students becomes eligible for campus placements and also interships opportunities from 2 nd or 1 St year based upon your skills.your 95 percentage of students get placed at thapar. Rest 5 percent are those who donot opt for placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure of thapar is quite high compared to other colleges...fee every year increases annually...for mine course which I have opted computer engineering total tution fee is 6 lakhs approx. Yearly. Including hostels u can add on 1 lakhs yearly. Total course fee nearly about 30 lakhs.. Scholarships are available on cgpa basis.

Campus Life :

Campus Life of thapar is really amazing and great that every student wants to enjoy in his/her life...as institute conducts various fests which allows students to add some enjoyment in his/her college life.. Infrastructure of thapar is very welled constructed...

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels of thapar provides every facility which one student expect for... electrician and carpenter are also available on regular basis if anyone finds any issues in his or her room. Mess food is also good at thapar..food given by mess also takes care of your nutrition intake.. Registration process for hostel and affordability is quite easy

Hostel Fee : INR 100000 per year

Admission :

I am currently studying computer engineering at thapar institute of engineering and technology. Eligibility of this course at my time was boards 93+ if u r from Punjab and jee main exam conducted by nta 90+ percentile.. Application form, application fees and application dates are available at website..I have not availed any reservations benefits as such because I am from general category..

The placements have decreased alot as the companies dont like to cist this college . Even if somehow someone gets placed average packed is 3-4lpa only 10-11 ge more tge. 10 lpa package or 12 loa package

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester students are eligible for placements. Tcs , Wipro , Amazon come and they give 1000+ opportunities. Tcs offers average package of 8 lakhs and highest is 16 lakhs for a pg passout. 98% students get placed. A corporate job would be my honest plan

Placement Experience:

The placements are started from the 5th semester. Our college faculty staff conducted special classes for preparation for interview, exams that are reated to the placements. Number of companies visited in our college and they give valuable offers for the selected students. Companies like Samsung, CEAT Tyres, Infosys comes here for giving valuable offers. The highest package of or college goes around 30 lakh per annum and the average package of our college is 6 to 9 lakh per annum. In our college the placements percentage is increasing every year. Last year the placement percentage is around 60%. But maybe this year the percentage level of placements will also increase. Maybe I will compete in placements when I get opportunities. But after degree I have a plan to do MTech.

Dream college for students who wants better future.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student become eligible for campus placements. More than 800+ companies visit our campus for placement some of the companies name are Microsoft, mahindra, TCS etc. The highest package of the campus is 54 lacs and average is 7.5 lacs There is 100 percent placement ratio in our college those who are eligible for placement. Admission:

Entrance exam through set combined objective type test at all over india basisi. It is deemed university o following standard procedures. counselling is done in fair manner. Objective type questions based on science and reasoning and other and other actvities like games. Merit list and choice of barnch of enngg, got good rank, fair evaluation of answer sheet.
