- Clubs , They encourage the inner talents of the students and it helps to find out things that make you happy. There are 500 clubs in college one can join the respective club based on their area of intrest
- Education , College offers high quality education making students gain knowledge pratically.
Dislikes
- Fee structure is quite high but its worth the fee as the college offers all the academic and extracurricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have joined the cyber security course and the particular reason for me to join that course is my intrest to learn ethical hacking and no matter how many advancements in technology may occur i feel that cyber security is one such field that never fades away . The academic ciriculum is pratical and the subjects in the ciriculum prepare us for the real world problems . The college also conducts 24 hours hackathons through which we can gain a lot of practical experience. The professors re all well knowledged and helps in every aspect by giving us some valuable inputs . The core subjects of the cyber security are a little difficult to attempt the exam.
Internships Opportunities :
The companies that attend the college for internship are Accenture, Wipro, Intel, Barclays . Students were asked to do certifications like aws, Redhat and many more so that they add value to the resume.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for campus placements from 6 semester and the companies that visit for placements are Airtel , Axis bank, Goldman sachs, IBM, TCS, Zoho,Delloite, Dell . The highest package offered was 6500000 and the average package is of 900000. 80-95% of students get placed in the campus placements . I would like to do a job and then after a couple of years i would like to do my masters degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fee increases every year and for every year there is a hike of 15000 . The complete tuition fee for me is 245000 per year excluding the hostel fee. The hostel fee is 145000 per year . Students with excellent academic grades have scholarship offered by the college. The students also have the advantage of taking the study loan from the bank college supports taking the educational loan.
Campus Life :
The college's library is very large and includes all kinds of books and calm environment to study in the library . Some of the annual fests which are held in college are Samyuk , #include, Surabhi and many fests are held . During fests students have peak entertainment and stalls are being organised in the college by students and also during the fests there are dj nights and lot more entertaining events. The college also supports sports and extracurricular events . The college has an huge indoor stadium and a ground which is widely spread and the campus is huge . There are many clubs in the college there are currently 500 clubs in the college like sac, hope, narthanashala, cine carnival, Radio, Ragaand lot more which encourages students in all aspects overall, the college life at Kl is amazing
Hostel Facilities :
The college hostel costs around 145000 per year . The hostels have excellent wifi strength and the hostel rooms have an AC . Mess food is food and the quality is also good . The college contains canteens which are open 24/7 and contain all the necessary items .
Admission :
To join in KLU one has to write an admission test which is "kleee" which is conducted in the college . One can get a fee reduction based on their 12th grade marks . 140 marks is the cut-off for kleee exam which helps in the admission. The university offers wide range of courses such as MBA ,M.Tech, B.Tech, Arts and more. We can find the application form,application fee and all other details in the official klu website. The frequency of mid and semester exams varies between medium-hard . The semester exams are generally of three hours and mid exams are of two hours .
