Gaurav Singh's Review On Noida Institute Of Engineering And Technology - [NIET], Greater Noida

Remarks :

The faculties are really supportive and they took great pains while teaching. It is a good college as far as compared within few colleges of greater noida...faculty are average lacks bit experience...exposure of student toward practical or say field work is less.

Entrance Preview :

I gave cat exam and scored 112 out of 300 and i found that none of best college will be avalible for this marks so i preferred a private college

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course structure is all over good because the college has a well-planned schedule for students and they also look after that students have some experience or say exposure towards real life the most of user experience you can get is from training and internship.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides internships during the summer vication the traning is held and interested student can join...

Placement Experience :

The placements are just average one can expect a placement from the college that is ok but if you are expecting a high salary package then it is very difficult for that you need to maintain a different level and different approach towards the problem.

College Events :

There are several events are held in colleges including seminars and arrival of some new experience people and successful people who come and help by their views and experience also various programs are held in order to enrich your skills at the competitive level.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure i feel is just ok but thats only when you compare it from the private colleges you cannot compare it from governments colleges anyway, there you will find large diffrence in fee..structure but as of private colleges the fees could be said as feasible

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The scholarship is provided to those student who belong to minority that is by governments as far as i know and by college it is given to students with good academics

Campus Life :

Campus life is decent not too much fun as one expext after seeing movies its simply a college and you have come to study...gender ratio is 65-35 there are few extra curricular activities and there is lot to learn from all that and gain some experience

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is just as average as there are no facilities of ac so one who belong to backgrounds who are highly sensitive towards heat will have to face problems while summer season and the food provided in the hostel is also 4 out 5 but non-veg is not available

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes few passed out student some times at seminars they come and share thier views and experience thus helping a lot

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is good the internal exam is held to check your knowledge and then pre-university test and the sem exam thus the overall exam structure is good and one can enjoy learning here because under pressures you can feel light if you study properly.

Admission :

Showed my cat marks and some more formalities like marksheets and direct admission also avalible if a person is came by qualifying diffrent exam...cat marks decides that which college you can get the governments college only takes admission on cat marks mostly

Faculty :

The faculties of the college are pretty much descent no doubt there that they have knowledge even some experience but expecting someone with large experience is very difficult to have so you will get above average faculties and they all take great pains to teach you...

Placement Experience:

Campus are good. But in my opinion if 70 students are in the class. I think all have some capabilities and they receive their time for every action because all response time is not same , and sometimes fast is not good sometimes slow is the standard..

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm the person having the background in finance. So yeah the course name itself attracted me as it was MBA(Financial Management). Frankly speaking the course was more theoretical, I've learned mostly from internships and self learning courses for the real worls rather than from faculty or curricuum. The Curriculum needs to be more practical should the skills required for real world. and the teaching method should be changed from lecturership to Intercative sessions such as brainstorming etc Exam comes after 4-5 months and the diffculty leavel was not so much high as they were more of theoretical nature.

Admission:

By clearing the entrance exam of LU. You can also take direct admission here but I have given the entrance exam then I choose this college. Because the overall results of this college are excellent. One of my friends suggested me this college as she was the alumni of the college. The placement record was also very good. These are some of the factors.
