A profession under a great teachers.

Remarks :

The good thing about college is that they provide a good and experienced knowledge with much of discipline. And the bad thing about college is that they do not take part in the events as all thing us manage by the students only.

Entrance Preview :

First, you need to give a separate entrance exam for pharmacy i.e. MHT-CET, after that, a kit will be provided by the college in which the UserID and password are there, from that you have to log in and fill up the form that it the process for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is easy rather than engineering but you have to need focus on the study so it will get easy to score marks in all semester. The basic type in a course is that 1st year is based on 11th 12th biology and chemistry concept. Thus the overall this course is the mixup of all courses.

Internships Opportunities :

No, college does not provide any internship. But there are several schemes that have been provided by college such as 'kamava ani shika'. But there is one exam named 'GPAT' if it will qualify then they will provide a stipend of about Rs.14,500.

Placement Experience :

There are several companies which come as campus interview. The companies such as medical coding or working in the production area, etc. The companies named Cipla, emcure, etc. In 2016 almost about 10 students will get selected in campus interview and in 2017 about 12 and in 2018 about 10 students selected. So the job opportunity is more in this field.

College Events :

Event is the most and energetic part of college life. There are several events has been held in the college such as teachers day and several Jayanti is also celebrated. Along with in the month of February there are several college events has been done such as rose day, retro day, horror day, angel day, traditional day, saree day, tie day, mismatch day, etc. And one of the parts is that I got the prise for 'Best event management' award from college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees for the course bachelor of Pharmacy in MMCOP college is the most fewer fees in all over the pharmacy college in Pune area. The fees for one year is around Rs. 85,000 for open category. Thus the total fees for entire course will go about Rs.3,40,000.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, actually I am not confident about the loan facility from college. But there are several banks which provide the good loan facility for the students. From college, there is not any such good scholarship.

Campus Life :

The campus life is the most memorable life. As because of so many activities has been held in the college. There are several sports such as cricket event, kabbadi, volleyball, basketball, football, etc. The competition such as drawing, mehndi, chess, carrom, table tennis, and much more. The labs are daily clean by the college. The gender ratio is about 60:40. As there are boys about 40% and girls about 60%.

Hostel Facilities :

Unfortunately, the college does not provide any hostel facilities for the students. But there is any canteen facility for the food which brings a good quality of food. If any student come from outside then there are so many rooms are available on rent near to college.

Alumni/Alumna :

Until from start of the college there are several students are pass out and they are still in contact with the college. For the contact between senior and junior the college provide an app named 'Samanway'. This will help to get the job in companies with seniors reference.

Exam Structure :

There is an exam about two types one written and one practical exam. Total marks of about is 100 per subject. Thus about 40marks exam will be taken by the college as internal exam and 60 marks exam will be taken by the university as external exam. The paper was somewhat easy if the study is there and the student will get easier in the first class, so only need is to focus on the study during the exam.

Admission :

For to get admission in this college you have to fill up the DTE form and give first preference to this college and after through CAP round the allotment of college is done . After that you have to access the college office where you have to fill the college form. Then you have to pay the college fees. After filling all these thing your seat for this course will get confirmed.

Faculty :

Always take a positive attitude while talking with the faculty member and never hesitate to ask anything to teachers. They always help students in any condition. The teachers give an attention almost to all students. The teachers will provide encouragement for extracurricular activities. To good score marks, teachers always help.

College provides with the placements . Many companies come for the placements but the average package is quite low like 2lpa and highest package of 3-3.5 lpa . Around 50 percent students are placed. The shortlisting for the placements is by the cgpa and the knowledge and on the basis of interview

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very interested in this course. As I love being in medical field this course keeps me in touch with the same. I don't think that there is need to improve in the course and the teaching methods are the best here. The exams are kept after every 2 months which I think is fine.
