Remarks :

I would say that this is one of the best colleges to complete your graduation and it will ensure a great exposure to the world and help you a lot in achieving your dreams and wishes.

Entrance Preview :

There is no entrance test or any kind of an interview that is being conducted in this College during the process of admission. It is a direct process of getting the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have taken up my course in tourism and hospitality and it is a really beautiful course. This is basically about studying how to make people comfortable at a place.

Internships Opportunities :

the internship opportunities are provided to the students in the final year of their course. the students can choose whether to take the internship opportunity or not.

Placement Experience :

There is a placement rally that is being conducted every every year full in the 5th semester. The students who perform well in this rally are recruited by the top companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees in this college considering all the expenses is around 1.5 lakh per annum and this is pretty decent for a college of this reputation and caliber and history.

Faculty :

The faculty here are the best of the best and you can't ask for more as you cannot exhaust the amount of knowledge that they have acquired during their years of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

in my personal opinion, bvoc is not that good it's not about the course fee it's about value of the certificate course we have high-grade point of around 180 but still our certificate has that value and they are not gonna pay us a high amount with this certificate

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course allows me to be completely focused on my work and portfolio while keeping up with the classes. Which was a deciding factor in choosing this institution and course. My course is designed to be industry focused and when you graduate you will be familiar with the works in the industry giving you an edge. Our exams are focused on the teachings from the previous semester and usually takes place over a week with a set of tasks with clear briefs. Almost recreating the environment one would find working professionally. We could definitely work on interdisciplinary collaboration more and have more focus on grasping the skill intended to teach rather than the outcome desired as the students are still at the end of the day in the institution to learn and won't get another chance at strengthening basics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I've chosen was graphic design. The faculties are teaching good but personally I think there need to be more practical works for the improvement and the examination was not that tough to perform

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very passionate about photography and cinematography. Hence, a filmmaking course is what I wanted to do after my 12th grade. In each semester we had six subjects and had six different professors for each subject for a class of around 40 students. And during my time at St. Joseph's College, I had the opportunity to be trained and molded by exceptionally knowledgeable and highly qualified professors who made sure that the students are able to capture the in-depth nuances of filmmaking and appreciate it. I treasured all the classes to the fullest because the professors made them genuinely enjoyable. The term exams always took place on time with three theory and three practical examinations. These examinations are quite simple if the students prepare well for the exams and study according to the syllabus given by the professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of my inclination towards storytelling, but I could never choose a specialization and absolutely no direction as to what I wanted to become but I knew it was supposed to be something related to Films. I was interested in Writing, Photography, and Cinematography and this course seemed like a whole package. We were taught Basic and Advanced Photography, Script Writing, Cinematography, Editing, History of cinema, with of course other theory subjects like English, New media, etc. The Faculty of practical subjects were often visiting faculty from the industry. Other faculty members also give you the best of their knowledge and are absolutely kind. The best thing about the course is they don't spoon-feed you. You will have to take initiative when it comes to creative projects. They update the course yearly and try their best to provide the students with the best of everything.

So I'm graduating this year and we're still in the last semester. Not much information regarding placements has been given to us because of the situation we're currently in, but I'm expecting them to let us know in the near future.

Remarks:

I initially wanted to be a chef and decided for hotel management but before boards I started considering other fields too and design was one of them. I chose to opt for design after the exams ended because it seemed better than Hotel Management in this country.

Placement Experience:

We don't have placements so we usually have to fish out for jobs on our own or connect with the alumni which is amazing as the alumni network is strong in our college.
