Course Curriculum Overview :

The MBA Agribusiness Management program is a residential program which spans four semsters and including various components such as Field segment, Live Projects, Summer Trainings etc. Completing the course requires earning 84 credits. Teacher : Ratio 1 :8 The faculty members at the institute hailing from premier institutions such as IIT,s , IIM's, IRMA etc. They have a remarkable commitment to fostering an open and supportive learning environment. They devote attention to each student, fostering overall development through academic journey. This is facilitated through mentor meeting, regular check -ins and counseling sessions. The term exam happens every 6 months of tenure.

Internships Opportunities :

Companies do come for the summer internship program and everyone get the opportunity to learn how to work into a corporate world. Names of the summer internship companies are - Agri inputs - UPL, Bayer, VNR seeds , Crystal , Nuziveedu, PAN seeds, Adama , FMC, Zydex etc. FMCG - Adani, Emami, etc. Projects assigned are usually Market Research, Sales, Procurement and Digital Marketing, Supply chain management etc.

Placement Experience :

In terms of placements, students undergo extensive training to hone ktheir skills in Group Disscusions (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and aptitude tests, ensuring their readiness for the recruitment process. The average placement package for graduates is commendable, standing at 5.5 Lakhs per annum (LPA), while the highest recorded package reaches an impressive 9.5 LPA. The placements is charaterized by various renowned companies accoss various sectors. For agri input - UPL, Bayer, U.S Agri , VNR, Crystal, PAN, Nuziveedu etc. Banking intitues such as - ICICI , HDFC, Avanti finance, Bandhan Bank,etc. Fmcg companies - Adani, Emami , Bisk Farm , Nestle, Amul etc. Supply chain and Procurement companies - Vegrow, NDDB, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure for MBA Agribusiness Management for all 2 years is 7.6 Lakh inclusing the all charges (Hostel, mess, exam fee etc). There is no scholorship offered for the course. I did my summer internshi at UPL and got the on campus offer from Adani Wilmar.

Campus Life :

The KIIT campus is distinguished by its serene lush greenery, notably the Kunjaban. Students engage with diverese committes, inclusing Newsletter, Placement, Mess committie's, fostering the development of the extra curricular activities. The institution consistently organizes a variety of festivals and activities, underscoring its commitment to holistic student development. KIIT Fest is regulary being held every February month of the year. Classrooms are ac and well furnished. Campus consist of Library, Gym, Swimming Pool,Sports grounds etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Life at KSRM hostel is fantastic, we ger cozy two seater rooms in a fully residential program. The campus is surrounded by a calming green atmosphere. While the rooms are non-Ac, there's an option for those who prefer AC. Hostel facilities includes Wifi, and the food quality os excellent. rooms are furnished with tablle and chairs, sharing common washrooms. The college's mess committe allow us to suggest menu changes, and the food selection typically rotates every 3-4 months, providing a delightful dining experience.

Admission :

The admission process for MBA in Agribusiness Management at KSRM is relatively straightforward. They accept CAT, CMAT, MAT scores, in addition to conducting their own competitive exam, KIITEE Management. Following the submission of scores, candidates are shortlisted for Goup Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), which can be conducted either online or offline both. The application form for KIITEE management is accessible on the university's official website.

Interview Experience :

Yes, As i applied through the KIITEE Management exam held by the university itself. The exam consisted Reasoning, Maths, English and General Knoiwledge questions. After shortlisted for GD, I had our Group Discussion and PI. For GD , the topics were provided related to the recent news on agriculture or banking sector.

Campus life in BEC is very enjoyable. Still enjoying each and every day. We do not feel like we are in college. We do have many female students but we do not feel any gender feelings. We all are same inside the campus. college principal is very helpful and teachers also helps us in resolving issues if any.

This is the best place for those students who seriously want to do well in the corporate sector by developing their skills every kind of help is provided to the needy we feel like home in and around campus some students are so attached to the university that they stay for more than a week after passing out we live our dreams here we laugh together everybody in here is a teacher and student we gain a lot of etiquette and manner.
