Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is well designed and helps students gain insights into various aspects of Management, marketing, finance and other domains. The faculty are well experienced and are able to convey the subject matter efficiently.

Internships Opportunities :

A large number of internship opportunities are offered by a variety of prestigious companies, including McKinsey and Co, D.E. Shaw, ABinBev, and other large companies. The process is smoothly handled and well executed.

Placement Experience :

Final placements happen in the third year and placements for internships happen in the 2nd year. All students get placed and the highest package is about 44 LPA while the average package is 11 LPA. A lot of students also go on to do an MBA at premier higher education institutions

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The course is extremely affordable and charges a very minimal fee, around 22000 a year. The hostel fees at 144000 years is also quite reasonable and definitely low considering the high standard of living within the college hostel

Campus Life :

The society culture on campus is vibrant and involves over 50 societies ranging from dramatics, music, finance to marketing. The societies play a important role in every students life at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is within the campus and each room is shared by 3 students. The room has 3 beds, 3 mattresses, 3 cupboards, 3 storage classes and 3 study tables and chairs for the students. Admission to the hostel for the first year is based on the CUET score, and it is based on the CGPA for the second and third year

Admission :

The admission process involves writing the cuet which is the entrance test for all colleges in the Delhi University. For Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies the scores in mathematics, general test, and any one language are counted. The score comes to a total of 650 and a score above 570 should leave you in a position where you are confident of getting into the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my Course is a professional so the ciriculum is really good and it's based on real life as well however teaching hindi and some extra subjects which don't help us doesn't make sense to me and I believe that more focus should be given on development of communication skills.

Placement Experience:

Maharaja Surajmal Institute is value for money. Placements: Almost everybody in the BBA course were placed. The highest placement in 2024 is Rs. 7,50,000. The average package in 2024 is Rs. 3,50,000. Recruiting companies include Federal Bank, Upgrade, etc. Students who got the internship from Bachelois in Business Administration are less likely to get it, as college doesn't help. Infrastructure: The quality of infrastructure is very poor in Maharaja Surajmal Institute. The library and labs are good but the classrooms don't have ACs. The quality of food available in the canteen is average. Don't join this college if you want to excel in sports. Hostel quality is very poor too. You won't find ACs in rooms. Moreover, there are Indian toilets, which are outdated. Faculty: Few teachers are seriously irritating and focus more on attendance than the quality of their teaching. A BBA course, in my opinion, doesn't make you job-ready but gives a basic outline of the job role and responsibilities

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start the 5th semester onwards, although the package is very low given the current status of courses of BBA and BCom Hons in the country with not much scope in the market, also the amount of students getting placements is very low with some decent companies although my plans after getting a degree from here is to pursue MBA.

Remarks:

Well, My course was BBA(FIA) which is offered by this college only for maled in Delhi University, apart from that the reputation of the college and the average package/past placements were the major factors in choosing this college.

Placement Experience:

The placements are also good. Several known firm enter our college for hiring offering a decent package.
