Remarks :

I have only good things about this college. Yes, there are no placements or internships provided but no college does nowadays. The college taught us well, was also strict enough that we came to the college at least, and it taught us a lot. Overall it were the best three years of my life!

Entrance Preview :

I was a Science student before, and had got 110/200 in MH-Cet(Yes I had attended JEE also). But I knew that I didn't want to continue in science. I had got a mere 58% in my HSC, but is science. So that was a huge advantage. Where the other commerce students had to get admission with a massive 81% cut off, for science it was just 57! There is no interview process in my selection.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have a shop and accounting helper quite a lot. I got to understand markets much better because of the course I chose. There is no practical learning in such a course and no research initiatives as well. There were elective options but our college didn't provide us with any. P.S I had taken up Bachelor in Accounting and Finance (B.A.F), the only option resembling the same was B.F.A.

Internships Opportunities :

No, the college didn't provide any internships. If you wanted one you could get it on your own. The college didn't make any efforts for that. It would've been a bit better if they did provide with internships, at least to the best bright students.

Placement Experience :

I guess only engineering and management colleges provide with placements. Our college doesn't even have a T.P.O cell! But the course curriculum is very good and you get to learn things which help you grow. So basically you can get jobs in banks if you are qualified enough.

College Events :

There is only one grand festival celebrated in our college, the Mood Festa! There are other festivals also but they just aren't as good and wonderful as Mood Festa! The festival was just amazing! Everyone in the college contributes to making this festival a grand one!

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees for the first year was 25,000/-. Judging by the infrastructure of the college, and the amenities they provide, it was quite reasonable. For the next two years the fees was quite similar, so it was around 75k for three years.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There was no scholarships provide by the college as such.

Campus Life :

The extracurricular activities included sports, debates, fashion shows and much more. You can get enough opportunities to explore your talent here.the facilities were great.

Hostel Facilities :

No I stayed near to the college, so didn't reside in a hostel. But as my friends did, they told me about it. The hostel was quite affordable. The rooms were spacious and were given to multiple students, around 5 per room. The food quality was very good.

Alumni/Alumna :

There are parties organised by the current students where they call the recently passed out students. After that, everyone gets busy in their own lives and the alumni network becomes weak. But the college does contribute to a alumni network and tries to keep in touch with their passed out students.

Exam Structure :

The exam culture was very relaxing. There were exams but the portion they gave to study in the unit tests was very little, and it wasn't considered a burden. Overall it was quite chill.

Faculty :

The teachers are very helpful and teach very well. I was very weak in maths and accounts but the teachers taught very well and I could understand the subjects also. Hence I used to get 99/100 in maths because of it! So you can judge the quality of teaching now!

Placement Experience:

In 8th semester we get placements. Before that we have internship for few months. Both things are offered by college. As per I know, campus placements are not soo good, they can improve on this more. Highest package in the university is almost 60lpa and foor out department it's around 12lpa maybe. I will ve probably doing masters after this.

Placement Experience:

Since it's 2nd batch of the college, we haven't experienced the placements, but as said by college there are 99% chances students get placed in highly reputed companies and ad agencies, my plans after getting bachelor are looking for a job which pays me well and after 2 years looking forward to doing masters in the same field.

Remarks:

Sir JJ School of Art is the institute I am proud to be a part of. I always wanted to pursue an art program. The Interior decoration program, literally helped synchronise my passion and my source of earning. I am employed with a reputable designing firm, all thanks to unique course curriculum and dedication of our faculty members.

Admission:

admissions in the college is done by clearing an state level entrance examination i.e. MH-AAH-CET in which a candidate have to score a minimum percentage of marks to take admissions into it. the marks of your HSC or any previous qualifying examination equivalent to 10+2 is also considered while making the list of the final selected students.

Placement Experience:

there is no such placement cell in the college but their are lots of industry people who regularly visits the college and they take students with them to work them in future which is again a good thing about the college. no the college didn't provide any kind of internships to its students nor any stipend amount is given to them.
