- Peacefull environment, with garden, and trees surrounding.
- Digital library and labs are equipped with good systems and AC.
Dislikes
- Continuous exams and sometimes being bounded to academics rather than outside technologies.
- Hectic assignments, records and some canteen food.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Course curriculam is comparitively very easy from other colleges. I choose this course only because I am intrested in this, I got 27k rank in my EAMCET and if I opted ECE and all branches I would have got that seat but I only kept IT and CSE as options. Faculty is always very helpful and supportive, they always try to encourage students and to solve their queries as much as possible. Most of the faculty have done Ph.D, like 4 out of 10 faculty are Ph.D holders some of them are senior professors with more than 15 yrs experience. There will be two mid exams and internals, externals, Semisters for a semister. The difficulty is medium, a student with average percentage also can clear.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The tution fee is 60k for those students who got seat in counselling. The hostel fee is around 65k and transport fee is also reasonalbe, for srikakulam it is 20k, Every year you have to pay 15 k extra. After joining college you can go for different other scholarships, campus jobs are also very good and internship is mandatory for every student stipend and all is purely based on student's talent and company.
Campus Life :
Every year there will be a party like Annual party, we will have hackathons, events, competitions, dance clubs, singing clubs and many more. Library has very good facillities every one will get their desired book atleast similar book. classroom can easily afford 70 people and almost all of them are fully ventilated. There is a student activity center named 'SAC' where seniors will guide students to excel in different technologies, sports are also given good priority for boys. NSS and NCC are taken care at a very good pace.
Admission :
Normally the admission process is clearing the E APCET (EAMCET), I opted for IT branch and the cutoff then was 49k rank. At present as the sections increased the cutoff got increased to 60-65k rank. But caste system also plays a crucial role as the OC candidates have to be very careful because for them this cutoff may not applicable. After setting web options in the counselling period you will have to pay some fee as they ask for. Please be careful as your 1st counselling seat will not be there for you if you got any other seat in forecoming cousellings. I got benifitted by JVD (scheme for AP students), it's somewhat the biggest help for me to do my engineering. The admission process goes very smooth you don't have to worry for anything, just carry some needed document copies (xeroxes+originals) like 10th , 11th and 12th marksheets, aadhar, caste and income etc.
