I liked the way of teaching. they are projecting the things to make us understand well.
There is no dress code, so that we can wear what ever we are comfortable with.

Dislikes

There is a ristriction in Hostals, that we should go to hostals before 9:00 PM.
so, that even if we went to library, we need to return back to hostals.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty members are very friendly they share and everything with us, the teaching is also good. The main reason for taking this course is that I am very interested in computers and I like to explore them more. Here all the faculty were highly graduated. The term exams are moderate and it's easy to pass the exams.

Internships Opportunities :

Yeah, they are providing more internships and other learning platforms like Coursera, etc. It helps us to learn perfectly and write the exams well. The IT companies like TCS, HCL, and other IT companies are providing internships to this college.

Placement Experience :

Yes in GITAM, the placements are often happening. It starts from the 6th sem. (mid of 3rd year). Till now I got to know that TCS, HCL, BOSCH, Honeywell, etc.. companies visited our campus and informed their requirements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Here at GITAM, the fee structure is very high, the annual fee is about 2,25,000, and based on the percentage in entrance exams like GAT, and COMEdk the scholarship is raised. Here it's like Allumini's. Sibling's alumni- if the siblings are studying in the same college you get a 10% scholarship. In the GAT exam if you score rank <1000 you get a 25% scholarship. in the GAT exam if you score rank <50 you get a free seat.

Campus Life :

The campus is good, we often run the events, and fests frequently. Recently the hackfest 2023 happened with the prize money of 50,000. We have a central library of more than 43,000+ books, having a digital library to browse for the books. we have so many clubs to join for the extracurricular activities.

Admission :

yes, I attempted the JEE main exam, then I got less percentage and I was worried about it. Then I got to know about the GITAM engineering college, then I applied for the entrance exam which is called the GITAM Admission Test(GAT), then by qualifying for the test, I joined GITAM, Bengaluru. Now I'm studying at GITAM engineering college and the branch is computer science engineering.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A.
