Remarks :

According to me, I didn't found anything bad because everything there was above my expectations. May it be education, faculty, hostel, food etc. I liked everything. But if asked then I will say that it will be good for the students if the management will increase the placement opportunities. Although the management was one of the best among the colleges nearby. They were always supportive but at the same time, they were strict for something that is not under discipline. In all the management was quite good. It was a good experience being a part of RKGEC and only this much, it was my destiny which leads me to this college so that I can get trained under highly qualified lecturers.

Entrance Preview :

I gave entrance exam for UPTU, I don't remember my score but I got around 56000 rank. I opted for this college because of its high quality education.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was well set and organized by the University itself. It covered all the subjects required for the students which will help them in industry or in higher studies. Not only this much the subjects which are very basic, also taught to us to understand the basics properly. The course was set in a manner that helped the students in learning the concepts and subjects next to that semester just in a hierarchical manner.

Internships Opportunities :

No, my college does not provide any internship as they do not hire any intern. The faculty there was highly educated, having a degree of M.Tech or Ph.d.

Placement Experience :

Placement there are not that much good as the college is more towards the outskirts thus many companies does not know about the college. Then too some companies used to come every year and hire students in bulk for different profile, technical as well as non-technical.

College Events :

There were lots of events celebrated in my college such as we used to celebrate college fest every year cultural as well as sports which consists of several sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, kabaddi some games such as treasurer hunt, puzzle etc. Apart from this our college used to organise debate competitions.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure was decided by the University itself. Almost all the colleges affiliated through UPTU, had the same fee structure. The only difference was some were charging more for providing some more facilities. Rest of the fee structure was same and feasible for almost everyone.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, the college doesn't provide any scholarship or loan facility to the students. The scholarship was given by the government to the students whose parents earning was below 2 lacs per annum. For loan also, college provides only the fee structure letter that is needed by the bank if one has applied for the loan from the bank.

Campus Life :

College life is always a memorable time for everyone. This is the time when one step out from their home and starts learning how to survive in every situation where we have to tackle it on our own. Everyone has their own story of college life and believe me every story is the best one could ever have. My college life was also very beautiful as everyone in my batch was my friend by the last year. We enjoyed that time to the fullest. There were several groups of people who were good friends and so was mine. We used to play and chat for hours, not only boys but even girls. Even though the ratio of the boys was more than the girls but then too our batch girls were very good not only in studies but also in sports and we had a healthy relationship between us. Now, coming to extracurricular activities, our college used to organize sports day every year and cultural and sports fest. Apart from this robotics and debates competition were organized in collaboration with other colleges also. And they were really at the good level as the students everytime comes up with different ideas and thoughts which was really remarkable. I enjoyed my college life a lot but then too I miss all those moments.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel was quite good. I have not heard of this type of hostel anywhere. The hostel was in square shape and was open in the middle. There was badminton court, table tennis room and gym present in the hostel. The hostel fees was around Rs. 42000 per year which consisted of fooding and lodging. The rooms there were of either 2 or 3 sharing as per their size.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are the base for every fresher batch. And so for us, our seniors were not only seniors but they were our friends. We used to spend time with each other sharing not only knowledge but also personal things. And they used to support us by giving suggestions in every situation. We had a long time with our seniors laughing, playing and doing much more activities. They helped us in everything they could specially in studies, as we used to ask questions to them regarding the studies and they always helped. And this relationship didn't ended with the course, still they are in touch and good friend of mine.

Exam Structure :

The external exams were conducted at different college as per decided by the University but internal exams were conducted in classrooms. We had 1.5 hours of lab daily subject wise towards the end of the day. Also, the internal exams were of 1 or 1.5 hours twice in a day, so that the exams would get over soon.

Admission :

I gave the entrance exam for UPTU after clearing the exam i was been called for counseling so that I can choose any college, any stream according to my rank. In that counseling I selected Raj Kumar Goel Engineering College and ECE stream. In that counseling I submitted a DD of Rs. 10000 and got acknowledgement slip and joining date as well as fee submission date. So I went to my college with the rest of the fee amount in the form of DD and submitted there. Post submission and all required documentation I was provided with all the details about the hostel and the joining date etc. This is how I enrolled in the college.

Faculty :

The faculty was highly qualified and well trained and well mannered. They were supportive enough to the students for their new ideas. Also, the faculty had the understanding among themselves that how to teach so that every student gets the maximum.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite low but in the last 2 years since 1st hackathon of Ineuron, the placement drive are improving. I hope it will keep on improving in future. The UNESCO event was a great marketing opportunity for our college which promoted its ranking in the colleges.

6th semester is when you become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Adobe, Capgemini, Infosys, tcs, hcl, havells, byjus, ibm, etc. are now regular takers from here around 98% of students are placed every year. those who wish for higher studies are the ones who don't get the placements, but the maximum is placed in good companies. the highest package for this year was from amazon of 19 lakh per annum.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was quite good when comparing to other colleges of UP. But the majority of them were mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro etc. But some good startups also hire from our colleges like Paytm, Gradeup etc... In recent years top MNC were also visited JSS like Adobe, Amazon etc. The highest package was 42 lakhs which was given by Adobe and the average were 5 lakh. Almost 70-75% students got placed in my branch ie, CSE who sit in the placements. Currently my plan is to secure a good placement.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements, many companies visit like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro and many more, these are the mass recruiters, the highest salary was 22LPA offered from Adobe and 3LPA is the average salary, around 80% actually placed from on campus placements in 4 days. I will prepare for the DRDO exam after my graduation. Placements opportunities are given to students here at the max.

Placement Experience:

After the Six-semester students become eligible to take part in placement activities. There are many companies visited every month like Wipro, TCS, TATA STEEL, And many more and the good thing about the company is that they can hire the student in a mass number. the highest package is 15 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. mostly the percentage is between 70-80 % of these student places more. I am going for an MBA after graduation.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is the worst. There have no good companies that came into the college. And the companies that came for campus placements were only startups, some were sales and marketings. Every company had major bonds and less salary. If any students want to join a good top fortune 500 companies of India, then he/she has to apply for outside of campus placement.

Remarks:

Yes, bad remark is the security fee they do not refund at the time of degree they asked to show the original slip of security fee deposit and i think they don't have any reason to ask for that just because they don't want to return.
